Gearbox now shimmed & back together, ready for powdercoating. Last few bits & pieces ready for powdercoating. Some photos of parts ready to go back in. Arms with SuperPro bushes Top mounts painted up & bolts renewed - not entirely happy with these as the bolts won't tighten correctly and I've no access to get an Allen key on them, might revert back to standard ones, but powder coated. Wheel bearings renew with OEM ones. PAS rack fitted, new boots & track rod ends too. Also, brake bias valve. Hubs, Arms, Brakes & suspension assembled. Off the axle stands and out of the garage for the 1st time in 18 months.

Thanks mate, I'm from Northern Ireland, outside Belfast. Going to attack the gearbox again tonight and see how I get on. Will try and snap a few more photos of bits and pieces that are done.

Cheers dude! Been quite busy behind the scenes with small things that are taking up a lot of my time. Prep work has been done and I hope to get the front & rear suspension built up this weekend. In the mean time I have have taken a few photos of things I've actually done, having been bothered photographing everything; but I will get round to it. A few shots in the mean time though. Mounting flange for the ITB'S arrived; which needed a bit of tweaking for the ITB's not to jam. Rear axle ready for mounting And gearbag shiming/tweaking going on also.

Thanks matey! Got some more stuff back from powerdercoating FARB, front hubs, rear calipers & carriers Rear Axle And la piece de resistance Plan is to rebuild the rear calipers tonight, depending how things get on, the hubs and polybush the rear axle.

They do a cracking job and not hard to pay either.

Before I ordered all my OEM replacement gear, I had this kit in mind so I ordered the bolt on pump as my standard one came with a pulley. ***Progress Report*** Block, Sump, Arms & various ancillaries back from shot blasting. - Check The above going to powdercoating at some point this week and due to back with before the weekend. - Check All front suspension parts & braking parts ready to be assembled. Check All engine parts ready to be assembled. - Check Bank holiday weekend coming up. - Check
