  1. Good progress! The stock ep70 clutch master will work fine. That's what I'm using. The rear axle from a gt/v won't fit. It's too long. So have to make wheel bearing spacer to fit discs on back. Or cut stub axles off lol I went for the last option haha wiring is easy. Cut up the loom and splice the efi wiring in. I'm using original fuel pump/cut relay inside the car. And put a new efi relay under the engine bay fuse box and utilised the efi furs in the fuse box. It just need the terminal fitted
  2. Defo get a new toyota ecu temp sensor. It's so overlooked!
  3. Get a second had cluster and swap the vss over. Job done sound like a JAE job lol
  4. So I finaly got round to sorting out the eml on this. Was coming on because of the ep82 wasn't getting a vss. The ep71 si clocks I fitted didn't have a vss. So I stipped old ep82 and my clock down to see what I could do. I'm happy to say the the ep82 vss fits In my clocks with only drilling 1 hole and wiring.
  5. Shorty and debo aren't coming this year! But Ollie and his mrs are as well as me!
  6. We should rota the hell out of it!
  7. So had a good time at japfest2. Clutch was playing up and boiling my clutch fluid and making my pedal disappear. Was quite interesting going to down shift into a corner and nothing! Few pics that I got tagged in on fb
  8. Stay away from this type of mini! It will crack in a matter of weeks
  9. Make sure what you can see of the sills is good and not rusty. They go bad behind the body kit
  10. Use a mk1/2 ep82 loom so you have the right headlight connectors. The sensors and stuff is all interchangeable so you won't have any problems.
  11. I like my cam's in my daily. Go for it pal!
  12. Paint it white when you got all the body bits sorted...
  13. What temp is the oil at when you say hot. And what grade of oil are you using. Also ambient temp where you are?
  14. You can do a maf calculation with the horse power, can't remember what it is but it will give you the max reading your maf should see under full load. With the front O2 sensor that should be switch constantly up and down from .5v if it's not switching you have problem. I would go round and check all the vac line and so on. And if you can. Try a maf off another car and if you do buy a buy a new one. Make sure if a proper Bosch one. Cheap one can cause problems!
  15. Got a nice list of bits to do on this before fest2 Needs to play with arches, play with some camber on the back, sling one of my forged 5e's in, swap over my spare ep82 box with cusco diff, weld an extension in on my down pipe, fit 550cc injectors, finish plumbing in my oil cooler. Get a new wideband sensor and then road map it. Will be fun as I'll still using it as my daily lol
  16. I thought you were. Just to be safe don't drive it till then lol
  17. Nothing like positive thinking! You going to fest2?
