Oem sensors should work. Will need to calibrate the sensors to the ecu. I would change the iat sensor to an fast reaction open element one. You should be able to run the coil packs fine off just a trigger wheel on the crank. Not sure if the DTA needs a cam sensor to run the coils sequentially do you can use nos if needed.
I don't think an auto ecu will work on a mt. On auto you have kick down and gear shift point. The tps sensors are different between a mt and AT the auto having a 4wire true tps and the MT has a 3 wire on/off type tps
