I purchased 2 new pistons for my rear calipers and a rebuild kit from main dealers and it worked out much cheaper than camskill
  2. if the engine is really knocking then your knock sensor should pick it up. It may be gearbox related.

  17. I go carping quiet a lot and do a lot of sea fishing in Holyhead and torquay. Been hooked for about 7 years now.
  18. might be worth getting an adjustable actuator - if you are using the stock actuator its more than likely knackered

  24. Go back to the rip off merchants and get your money back. seriously you could have had a fresh rebuild with new seals gaskets timing belt etc and much more
  25. if you are losing oil then its probably the piston rings but they should have checked the pitons for rock/movement when the head was off the block. £1200 for head gasket job is total rip off by the way. for that kinda money you could have had a full engine rebuild
