  1. Have you taken the inlet mani off to see if there is any visable dirt contamination in the head or the inlet? If you have sucked up any water you may have bent a conrod or if it was just dirt and grit you may have damaged your valves/seats. when u try to start the car does it still turn over or does it get stuck?

    Regular oil and filter changes will keep it running sweet!

    Dont flush your engine as the oil pick up will get blocked and BANG goes your motor. seen this happen twice.
  11. stock turbo will produce a maximum of 200bhp if you are lucky, It will be wise to gain more knowledge about your car before going for big power as your recipie with a fcd and fpr to run 300bhp is heading for disaster. post some pics of your turbo.
  12. basic list. pistons, conrods, uprated rod bolts, steel haedgasket, bearings, thrustwashers, genuine toyota engine rebuild kit, uprated headbolts or studs, uprated main cap bolts or studs, machine work to block and head (skimming) In terms of management let your tuner decide on that, If your aiming for 300bhp there are lots of turbo kits to choose from but it depends on what your budget is you will also need a better clutch.
