  1. iirc TD have a jam hybrid - It might be worth speaking to them
  2. the sensors are different on gt's and glanzas and some of the later spec glanzas have a different connecter compared to the early spec glanza, which year/spec is yours?
  3. Idealy you want proper heat refelctive tape, Heat wrap will retain the heat on the intercooler and pipes which you do not want.

  5. Awsome info there. I always assumed I had a C56 in my V simply beacuase its a V, but looking at the pictures I have the C52. No need to hunt one down now Im sooo happy!!!! Thanx again for this info!!!
  6. Use some yellow trunking or some yellow insulation tape.

  8. 2 bolts to remove the front bumber, they can be found under the wheel arch lining. Once they are removed to just take off the black trim clips which are located at the top of the bumper (6 iirc) Be careful when you pull the bumper off as you need to disconnect the fog lights.

  10. My intercooler looked a mess when i purchased my V over 3 years ago. I just sanded it down with wet 'n' dry paper from 800 - 1000 - 1200 - 1500 - 2000 then used a cheap aluminium polish from a local d.i.y shop it came out looking like new and i did the same for all of the piping too.
  11. I noticed you are based in Nuneaton. I can have a look at it for you during the week after 5pm as I work in Hinckley.
  12. The block has 2 dowels on it which line up to the head IIRC. the only other thing those bits look like are the dowel pins which go into in the cambelt cover but there should be more than 2 of those.
  13. It might also be best to set it low boost and increase boost in small incriments and keep an eye on the AFR

  15. Loosen the nuts so the gap is slightly bigger between the gasket, mani and turbo and plaster around the gasket with exhaust assembly paste and tighten it all back up. It should be more than fine for a couple of weeks. I did this on mines when the gaskets went
