Cut one out from a sheet of aliminum between 2-3mm thick. I did this on my mates civic. we just used the old gasket as a stencill and cut around it with some metal cutters. If u decide to do this make sure the flanges are properly cleaned or you might end up with leaks.

For sale: Very rare ZEP pnp ecu EP91 Item Condition: good Price and price conditions: £550 ono + 4% paypal fees Extra Info: This is probably one of the rearest pnp ecu's available i have only seen 3 in the last 4 years. It removes speed cut and fuel cut, raises rpm to 8500, advances ignition after 5000rpm. It has a very aggressive map. There are no seals on these ecus so i have taken pics of it in comparison to a stock ecu the daughter board on the ZEP is clearly visible.
