I bought a new gasket but my engine had done 83km's like 40k-50k so it was mint. It looked as prestine as the new one i had.. Have you got fueling setup to compensate for the 0.9bar boost?

I remember me, you and tobz talking about that. You guys words were "Best to run a turbo hot than run a hot engine" so would i need to essentially block them off on the turbo and the engine?

Look good matey. Your running a similar spec to me by the looks of it. How are you running @ 0.9bar? You got a FCD, or a P&P ECU etc? With a simular setup im boost creeping to around 0.8bar on factory ECU and it will creep to fuel cut straight away... Wondering how your running it! Lewis

There a 2.5inch pipe decat to tail.. The backbox isn't a backbox. It looks like abit of tubing! Some guy local had one and it was nice, but once i made bought my HKS Hi Power they sounded the same!

Thought so! Do you now if i can make my current piping adapt to suit the TD04 turbo? Or will i need to buy some TD04 specific piping for it?

I was just having a brain wave. If im going TD04 next year, this short route pipe is essentially un-needed then? - Probably not worth doing it i guess?

Yeah, mines just sitting there unused. Doesn't push air out on tickover, and putting my finger over it doesn't change the idle of the car so its obviously redundant now! I need a short route & then my bov flange welded in the cold site piping (near the inlet)

Just to add, the engine sounds healthy, not dog rough. All you can hear is the fuel injectors tapping away which im lead to believe it common?

Basically, since doing all the mods to my car when i come to around 2,000rpm in ANY gear. It feels lumpy or its missing.. I cant really describe it. Imagine your driving down a DEAD flat road, and all of sudden if feels like you hit a small bump in the road.. That's the only way i can describe it. I have changed my HT leads to blue magnicore ones, problem still persists.. Do you think its boost related? As i can hit fuel easily, but im plodding to and from work currently until i port my wastegate, fit my HKS actuator and my boost controller. Is this potentially something bad with
