  2. There would be a major hike in power leaning out from 10afr to a still safe 11.0/11.5 on boost, u can feel the difference from the seat alone, one thing u would be sure of is not getting det with the 10.0afr bore wash.
  3. Another thing TD sells is there fuel pumps at x4 times the price there worth, there China pumps i used a few times with no problems do, the happen to come identical box and all as TD sells them.
  4. Could u do a deal on the anti lift kit and the lower arm bushes.

  6. Its very rich, but saying that I never saw the stock ECU's afr on boost.
  7. If its in the 10's on boost there wouldn't be much power to be had as it would be on the verge of bore wash and she would be bogging down on u,what's it reading at idle.

There should be no whooshing noise even with a bad actuator, sound like something has a leek at that point, u need to pressure test the system by blocking the turbo intake and add pressure through actuator pipe Add what ever pressure u are running, u might just hear that whoosh noise from somewhere then.
  9. U say its noisy when boost comes on so is its making boost, u need to be checking your boost gauge its going to tell u whats going on, did u put a bit of preload on the waste gate with the actuator as your waste gate could be slightly open if not.
  10. What i remember the light should be solid green at idle then it will flash orange when going up through the rpm range as its in use, a fault with the ecu will show a red light code, dont think its the emb check for codes as said above to see what the engine light is saying.
  11. Seems like alternator or could be a bad earth,chek battery with a meter to see if u are getting a good charge and maybe clean your earths.

  14. Not coming up to normal operating temp u will find yourself in the petrol station more often.
  15. Negative trigger it will be, its best splicing it in to the driver door switch loom bottom right of the foot well, I done a few dead handy.
  16. That's a different story plenty of time to pick up an exhaust housing to have it right.
  17. It wouldn't keep spinning it will stop as u say just as long as it feels free and doesn't get stiff at any point of rotating it.

Looks just as bad as the one am running this min with no problems whatsoever, u can change the housing but I guarantee u that turbo will have no problems, it has most likely been running like that for a good few years, if u say the shaft is hard to turn its fucked it should turn easy and spin freely.
  19. No problem to use that man, i saw a lot worse ones working well.
  20. U can pick up an EMB for less than 150 Euros. Harness can be made for pennies an maybe 40 or 50 for a map sensor an its not even needed unless going over 1bar, some people have them way overpriced at standalone money.
  21. That's the likely story lol, was a solid Mani and downpipe I have to say its a a pitty the wouldn't make the likes for the starlet.

  23. No problem with the stock fpr its the stock fuel pump I would be worried about, as said above if the tuner wants one let him have it.
