I have read that thread, they seem a great turbo, mine is the VF12 which is a wee bit bigger, cant wait to run it lol. A newer VF would be sweet, something with a BB cartridge, but then again they can be about 5 to 10 times the price of our old VF turbos haha.

Every time i try it i get a 'danger to manifold' warning light come up on my laptop, then my floor drops out and i fry my piston rings.

Sound, i wasnt sure, should make good power when the boosts cranked up a bit!

What size exhaust housing does the VF8 have Alan ?

The front section of the Japspeed would need modded to fit on a N/a, rest should be ok, but those systems are far too large in diameter for a N/a especially if you are after performance.

Its the E10 Corolla with the 4EFE, and the OBX exhaust mani you want is made for a 5EFE but it will fit the 4EFE aswell.

You need back pressure in a N/a so having a straight pipe isnt gonna be great for performance. Personally id go with a 2" system with a small mid box and a decent backbox

Since the turbo is out id inject some oil into it with a syringe, then prime the normal way.
