    G.I in Kilmarnock are also pretty decent, couple of pals have had there motors mapped there. Although they didnt have a dyno last time just road mapping. Theres is also a dude called Grant who maps my pals car, he his bang on, his place is in Braco near Stirling, cant remember what its called but can get the number if you like.

    If you just take it easy it should be fine until you get the map tweaked. Most engine failures happen at WOT.

    Nah thats a perfectly acceptable way to go about a build. Get it up an running with a standard engine, iron out the issues and bang in a forged lump at a later date. VF10 is a pretty decent turbo, around the same size if not a little bit smaller than a TD04. The standard ECU should fuel the car fine below about 0.8bar

    Yeah get an external gate and get a 1bar spring in it. Will do the trick. An EBC wont get you any more peak power at the same boost, but i does improve how the car boosts throughout the rev range. Good bots of kit shame yours is faulty.
