  1. I had a 94 wrx for a fortnight before i had my GT on the road, that was insured as a 1.6 sport or some pish lol. Was stupid thinking back to it but at the time figures of 5k+ kinda put you off. Had a few very close calls in it including entering the M9 motorway backwards. Just insure it right save any hassle
  2. Thats the joys bud haha. Was lucky had a GT at 18 insured properly for about 2k. Glanza would have been double the price, it near enough the exact same car insurance are mongs lol
  3. Should be fine unless you smash it then an inspector might come out and match your wors to whats on the car.

  7. This can be a touchy subject on here lol. Correct thing to do it contact the DVLA and register your car as a Starlet Glanza V with them, then phone your insurance and tell them its a Starlet Glanza V with whatever mods its got. Then you can drive about happy knowing youre insured properly and wont get bum raped off a policeman haha. But because its cheaper folk just insure them as whatever is says on the logbook, starlet GL or someshit
  8. Nah they dont. Most folk have a speedo converter instead. Ive a HKS SLD because i like mine reading up in KPH, dont wanna ruin it lol.
  9. Have never seen one. Theres a brand new HKS SLD in the F/S section. In a thread with a few other parts.
  10. Used to be really nice when Decky had it, seen it a couple times. Then he sold it and it looks rougher now from the pics. Notice the mani was a WEPR and now its a toyoshite.
  11. I was trying to get a box, transfer box and rear diff off a lad in N.I last week, was waiting on measurements for a pallet then he stopped replying and dropped off the map lol. Someone else must have snapped it up instead fs gutted. First spares id seen for sale ever :/

  13. Its fuel cut which is around 0.8 - 0.85 They might spike to that lol but yeah standard high boost is 0.65
  14. Ahh was it Matty ? Hes ment to be spot on, know a few lads that have taken their motors up there. As for the power, the figure looks restricted somewhat. A GT28 @ 1.6 bar should be over 300 easily. Whats the history of the engine ? Id do a leak down test on it to see if its loosing compression. Take it maintenance parts like fuel filter, plugs etc are all in good condition ?
  15. Who mapped it and on what ECU ? Something must be restricting it surely thats very low.
  16. I got mine off ebay buddy, USA 12x6 on the front and Jap 13x7 on the back. Read up on number plate laws. Also if it is illegal, fuck the police haha
  17. Remove the gearbox, clutch kit and flywheel, remove the seal (there is a special tool or just use a flathead screwdriver, or put a self tapper in it and pry against it to pop the seal out) Put a film of oil around the new seal and tap it in. Rebuild in opposite order. Worth replacing the clutch whilst youre at it because it may be contaminated with oil from the seal leaking.
