Pretty much the same man haha, im out almost every weekend, i drink far too much, enjoy the casino a bit too much, go on holidays and trips away, run an expensive daily etc. Having a good social life and hanging out with mates is far more important to me than sitting in the house being sad as fuck because saving up for a engine lol. Have you checked the stamp on the firewall to see if it says 4EFTE ? If it is a P-Spec it just means the origional owner was tight and didnt want electric mirrors etc. Or wanted a lightweight model lol.

Yeah i gathered that, i ment do your door card trims have a Glanza pattern like the seats or are they a dodgey N/a door card ? Anyway it sounds like you have a factory P-Spec Glanza, theyre not many about

Well there has been very little progress with this I got a random GT exhaust system in the hope i can use some of it and just have the back section custom made, forgot to get a pic haha. Will still be using my 5zigen border backbox. I heatwrapped the manifold and screamer an bolted the 90° bend onto the turbo, the intake sits right at the grille so should get decent direct air flow. I also went over to see Charlie and pick up GT parts off his breaker, thanks again, so now i have a full GT trim kit, rear bumper, spoiler and doors Will get it all sprayed blue eventually. Just replaced the door that was damaged, looks a bit like Enzos swat bus now haha. And obviously swapped out the electric motors and put the manual windy ones in the GT doors instead Thats about it really, only thing i need to get this boosting now is intercooler pipes

I think you should buy some even if they are not needed right away its best to 'mod ahead' imo, like i said when you asked about clutch kits. And imagine you go all the way to TD and cant go any higher than say 220bhp for example because the injectors are maxed. You'd kick yourself man !!

Its more of a job than it sounds adding in electric windows lol. The most hassle free way would be to source a set of GT doors with the motors and door looms etc still in place. Now they plug up to the dash loom in a GT, so if you want youd have to get a GT dash loom for it to plug in, this also means changing the clocks as your N/a ones wont plug in. All a bit of a ball ache really unless you are pretty good with electrics and can make up some mini looms with a switched power feed to the motors ? When i have the doors apart i'll take some pics for you

If the weather holds out i will be doing the exact opposite haha, im hopefully putting the windy setup from my 85 doors into my GT doors. What exactly do you want to know ? Does your existing interior loom have the multiplugs near the doors to plug in a door loom ? Do your doors have holes for the looms ? If not just get a pair of GT doors and fire them on, make life easier lol.

Just dont drive near beaches haha. I used mesh on a TD04 and kept a HKS mushroom filter kit in the boot to fire on if need be

Was thinking meet about 10pm Friday night and boost down through early hours Saturday morning. Meet point would depend where everyone is coming from but for now am thinking Bellshill junction is a decent place. Then youre on the M74, A74, M6, M5 etc. Stop a few times along the way and get the tickets at the main meet point, and be in the massive 80 odd starlet convoy lol. Then stay in a hotel Saturday night after the show and blast back up during the day sunday. What you think ?
