    I had a go in a corsa vxr in work, was pretty shit tbh. There was a vecra vxr in at work not long ago, me and another guy went out for a "test drive", it was the 280bhp one completely standard but still fast, even though all the power is at the top end it still shifts for a big car. Cant argue with 2.8l v6 turbo.

    If you know your way about motors you should try and do some of it yourself, its always the most cost effective way and you know exactly whats been done. Also mate sounds like he pulled your pants down with the cost. You should grab a few of your buddies and a few golf clubs then go sort him out!

    I put a thread up on here about a rare colour 8K9 glanza for sale on a jap site and folk said it wasn't a rare colour. But we all know it is, quality work socks!

    It'l be a lot cheaper than trying to put an engine from one of those cars in a starlet. Could try 3sgte or 4age if you really wanted though.
