They should be able to yeah, depends what kind of equipment they've got. Not 100% sure what you can actually adjust though, probably toe and thrust angle.
Id go for a 4 wheel alingment. Tracking is just adjusting track rod ends, which is the toe. Adjusting toe can throw out the camber, and vice versa, even if it is slight. It can still make a noticeable difference to tyre wear and handling.
I saw this in the paper today. Pity the main cast are not coming up though. It says stig from topgear is gonna be doing some night time stunt driving, (because i was too busy haha)
I mind reading this thread when i first joined the site, such a quality car. ST205 conversion would be awesome, i take it that you would be using the running gear and the 3sgte?
Reckon you would need a port and polished head to match before you see any real bhp gains. Should increase power across the rev range though, mostly top end gain.
I think it was jamie1st that has specs in his build thread. If the alignment machine is a 'hofmann' then they are a quality bit of kit, properly accurate. Providing they are set up correct. We have one in my work, just done a fast-road setup on my mates ep3 on saturday.
Iddy has done this. Seen it in his build thread on the demo glanza. Also pretty sure its an mot fail if you have a pas rack but without the reservoir, pipes fitted and working? Not 100% on that though.
Some sort of 'fast road' setup. Jamie1st has info/specs in his build thread. Might be worth a look. Quite near the end of his build, maybe 2nd last page.
