Directly in the middle of the bulkhead in the engine bay, just once you fine out what code it is (assuming its the original box) then you can look around the internet and find out what ratios you have. It might just be the same as a UK N/a but you never know. This is the plate youre looking for.
I know, its a shame Toyota never stamped the boxes, its a pain in the hole. Chances are its the original box in your Gi. What does the engine bay plate say the box code is? Bet its different to a normal N/a.
Not much... id say price of postage + price of a pint. Unless soneone is especially going to the trouble of removing a gearbox, stripping a box and taking it off for you, then yeah pay them labour aswell.
Dont think the structure of them will be any different really. I had a whiteline rarb and after a couple months it looked totally fucked with corrosion, put me off their products!
The spring rates in the DM ones are all over the shop, but they are cheap, ive ran them and they seem to work pretty well. Wouldnt trust it at high boost though. Get a Tial spring put in it.
You can get into a starlet without the key in less than 1 min. Doesnt take much to start one either. Vin numbers etc doesnt matter, this isnt gone in 60 seconds
