0.5 bar is max and thats on the lean edge !!!! check with your wideband you will see the readings be around 12 to 12.5 at 0.6bar stock feuling

40mm will suit better for shock rod travel 60mm is to harsh and wil require a penhard rod v -
ok so its rrfpr and fcd for now , at a bar of tdo4 boost i suggest to set the fuel pressure regulator to 3.2bar and lower if needed be check with your wideband start of rich do some 3rd gear pulls to check afr readings

that tfo35hm map seems strange to me at 3000rpm she is pulling her socks of ( way harder then ct9 ) already full boost 3400/3600 seems way later on urs there boss what boost level are they running on ?? mine is only stock engine and pfc fcon / acis setup super fast spoool

try cleaning the sensor tip and abs ring they might be full of gunk and the sensor cant read try that first also check if the wire aint cut/cracked you can also ohm the wire to see if its still in spec like this in the link have a look >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7eCJa7JZzfg

running noo waterlines will benefit the engine cooling on high hard boosting i prefer not to run them on a turbo that will happily run without if cooled down before turn off even is the water pipes where on its not a bright idea to turn of on a glowing turbo so back to square 1

nope not needed attal and wont blow headgasket !!! just make sure after some blasting you leave the turbo cool down a bit before turning of engine like several miles of non boosting

same fitment kid you could get your oil feed line made in your local engineers who does hydrolic hose i payed around 20 for mine to be done on the spot there

rs250rr still own it now ( 17 years ) -
small drips how long was it not running ??? if over a year i would put a very small drop of oil down each bore and crank her over like 10 secs to lube the bores rings and get rid of rust then fire her up , its very damp over ere where we live :)

tf035hm faster spool then any tdo4 but still 240bhp possible iddy got 250 and a tat on his mapped tdo5 is very much fun but very small p0ower window -
