  1. so the cup aint loose the dif is loose thats a bearing job im not sure if its the same on the auto box but the manual bel can be taken off with al internals still in the box for eas of acces ?? not sure if it will work on auto tho ?
  2. there is a ridge on the inner cup put a heavy bar there and a few taps outwards it will come out easy ( ish )
  3. try a diferent cup first maybie it got worn down ???? ha ha more torque for the torque monster

  5. there discontinuing a lot more my local dealer told me there wont be any parts available the next 5 years
  6. have a 3.9kg ( superlight ) aasco 1 and its the best thing you ever do it makes the revs climbe much faster and turbo kicks in harder it will not give extra bhp on dyno but feels like extra 15/20bhp in pulling they make a diference on a na so imagine the boost kicking in ontop of it
  7. no filter sadly you will have to rip it al out and clean it
  8. is she revving higher ?? if so the black layer is damaged on the gasket making her squeel

  11. not often they nead replacing mate i have pistons ere that done more then 400.000km and the gudgeon pins are still in spec its the pistons shaft that wheres out before the pin ( piston softer then pin )

  13. best to try toyota and see if the can still get it but best hurry on a weekly basis parts are being discontinued if al fails make 1
  14. u have a nasty oil leak there is no way it could burn over a liter in just 1 weekend your plugs would just foul on the spot
  15. them wishbone bushes need to be changed first kid if the bushes are moving around much it will alter your steering the fronts have a very big impact on it
  16. no vac line to it ??? is your air feed nipple closed then or open on the compressor housing ??
  17. im seeing 1bar 1.1 bar around 3400/3600 rpm tmic , that gives you a aim i geuse your gate is leaking maybie the membrane is ripped ??

  19. i dont think the op will be up to the thask for that luke ??? involves a good bit of wiring to be added for the external coil / igniter / knock / and i think the dizzy plug ?
  20. it does the marks on the belt/cog is half a thoot in diference 4e na stock mark 5e na stock mark 5e turbo use 4e mark for top end power and 5e for extra torque with top end power loss
