AdamB
Yeah Jay im getting Tighes. Aren't cat cams gonna be regrinds though?
jayc-glanza17
nope, cat cams make billet cams just need to know the right people in the organisation..its at very early stage at he moment so nothing is concrete.. but the head is not important on my list yet.. roll cagethen save up bit more ad buy bits for head. like I said in earlier post I do head work before shes back on road in may and map it too, so can have a direct comparison.. larger turbo is not even on my list atm if headwork goes well.. maddox710
Still abit to squeeze out of that td05 yet before you go bigger.
jayc-glanza17
certain I can grab a bit more power..that will come with headwork..roll cage and just a general tidy up/ freshen with paint under the bonnet is good enough for now.. then see how much I have after xmas before get bits done to it. jayc-glanza17
tried doing a ABS delete today..but it ended in failure, due to a defective brake line, that was leaking internally past the seal.strangle didnt leak past the threads, so nothing i could do to rectify it.. Mike at TD is sending me a replacement out, but due to time contraints it looks like im off road a little earlier then expected.
Bertie
JAY LOOKS GREAT MAN .....................
jayc-glanza17
thanks bertie..been a while since I posted.. basically I fitted and bled my brakes with abs removal kit, thanks to russ78, and the brakes are rock solid..literally have an inch of travel before pedal is rock solid, so suits my delicate braking style very well, but the confidence the brakes now give you is unbelievable.. maddox710
Do they lock easy Jay or is there a fair bit of room to play with? I've always wanted to delete abs pump but just thought it would be lethal going near the brakes
jayc-glanza17
no mate, takes getting used to as you be used to ABS, I haven't had abs since went omex, as did all the crash removing and wire tuck etc.. if u stamp on them then yea they will lock, but with a smaller pedal movement I find it easier as you don't use as much force on the brake pedal..
