EP82 Touge Posted October 16, 2015 Author Posted October 16, 2015 A few more updates: New wheels SSR Type C 15 x 7 +30New tyres Advan A050 205/50/15Wheel alignmentNew manifold (Mild Steel CT9)New Gaskets, bolts, studsBattery moved to cabinHeat wrapped some partsTom's intake (still to make brackets)Greddy Oil Cooler (Still to make brackets)I also put a hi flowed turbo on, but unfortunately it was a bit smokey so I changed back to the standard turbo. I've now bought a Blitz K1-200V which I will get checked out prior to fitment. I don't really feel as though the car is "lacking" power at the moment so it may be a little while until I change the turbo anyway. Then back to the track! A new best time of 1:09.6 The car felt great with the new suspension, alignment and tyres. Next on the to do list is the brake upgrade. Quote

Cattanach Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Something about this which is so f***ing cool! Quote
daniel_g Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Something about this which is so f***ing cool! Its not OTT is what i like about it, and the fact its a purpose built ep track car used properly Quote
EP82 Touge Posted October 24, 2015 Author Posted October 24, 2015 The 205 tyres were scrubbing at the last track day so wide front guards have been purchased. I will cut away some of the inner lip on the rear as well. Also looking at adding some aero to the car in the near future so a front lip was purchased. Zep/Livesports front lip and guards: Quote
Whitenoize Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Did the front wings need much work to fit mate or direct bolt on ? Quote
EP82 Touge Posted October 24, 2015 Author Posted October 24, 2015 They are direct bolt on, the surface could probably do with a bit of prep if you wanted a show car finish. I will look at getting a few things painted once the exterior is "finished". Quote
