jayc-glanza17
As everyone knows my last shell..N906 gwa was trashed after the accident at silverstone..However everything bar the shell and passenger wishbone, hub and rear beam was salvageable.so after a long chat with dad and my good buddy russ78 it was decided cheapest option was to re shell into another glanza..So through russ we arranged to a shell that had been garaged for a few years..Then a deal was struck with ryan to come collect the shell for a real steal of a price. So n63 rap is now in my posession..so i stripped engine bay and eveything and started to clean the bay and the shell ready for paint..Bay colour and sprayed..then under car was attacked and seals.Fuel tank paintedThen i set about servicing the forged lump from previous shell.Had a leak from the oil seal around crank both sides so these were replaced and new timing belt kit fitted as well. Then came the task of fitting it in new shell ready to go down to my unit..How it looks with engine in..in unit my my mates mk1 fiesta..Plan is to be road worthy ie looking like my last shell by japfest. To be track able.. thats once ive made a new roll cage..Got t45 steel for that as well..Massive thanks to russ78 for his help.Anyways glad to be back Edited September 29, 2015 by jayc-glanza17
