  1. Chuck some jump leads on and try it, starter motors require a lot of amps to turn, your radio and dash lights require hardly anything. I've got a different immobiliser but if i dont start the car within 30 secs of unlocking it it just engages and kills the starter signal, everything else stays on When this happens.
  2. Getting into a cars the easy part, every one knows how to break into a car lol, getting it started is slightly harder. If you want to stop your car getting stolen get a alarm/immobiliser and even steering wheel to gearstick clamps. The more deterrants the less likely your car will be targeted
  3. Not much you cant do in a shed tbh, an engine is only nuts and bolts, all they need to be its torqued up correctly. Occasionally get parts worked on by a machine shop but thats about it. Tuning on the other hand, i wouldnt do that myself on a built motor.
  4. Erm pass, they have 256mm brakes and my speedlines have loads of space so id think they would
  5. Theres one here at Jae
  6. Well being a bloke it took the whole of 30mins to get up get changed and pack the car, need to get some gas, food, drink and water which ill do in a bit. even managed to get everything in the boot surprisingly then got to go get a mate and all his stuff and we'll be 100% sorted but she'll be fully loaded then haha
  7. Supposed to be leaving around 1 today, havent even started packing, still need to go food and drink shopping and get some gas for my stove. Havent cleaned the car and if i am to swap the bonnets over I've yet to do that also! Meehhh im sure ill manage
  8. The SR corolla isnt a 4afe, its a Zz engine which is an all alloy unit. Downside, early prefacelifts can burn a bit of oil, later ones had revisions to help minimise this. Having had a facelift 1.4 corolla with full Sr trim the last 4 years i wouldnt shoot it down straight away, obviously the gt has far more potential with less work but for day to day dealings the corolla is leaps and bounds ahead. Even though its not a fast car it is satisfying car to drive, seating position is lower, handles well for stock, is comfy, can seat 5 adults, well refined, economic etc etc. even after hours and hours of driving it I've got to where i was going and could easily hop back in it and drive for hours more. My 1.4 insured with alloys and lowered cost me about £450 when i was 21, it cost me £290 at 24. I can remember the day i drove it home, it averaged 49.7mpg driving at about 65mph. I think cost of repairs has been about £315 over 4yrs/35000miles and £50 of that is for a shock i replaced 2 years in a row which only covered about 10k! Anyway thats enough Rolla love!
  9. it was the reply to post tab and follow topic one that was moved first from 10mm to 11mm, think a lil bit of miss interpretation was taken by socks on his first attempt

    Miley Cyrus

I wonder how much that wrecking ball would sell for in an auction now. "Up for grabs it one wrecking ball which had had miley cyrus' snatch rubbed all over it, starting bid...."
  22. I doubt you'll be the first or the last plus You'll have to find it first, not on this stand
  23. Might put the matte bonnet on and bring my chalk with me. Get a mass JAE signing on it
  24. You wouldnt need that for 150whp, I make 131whp and mines got Hks 4-1 mani 3" sports cat 2.5" cat back Fidanza F/w 75mm trumpets Itg sock filter. Auto ecu With a set of good cams, .6mm trd head gasket, and a ecu and map i wouldnt be far off 150whp But if raising the rev limit, balanced silvertop or late 16v rods and a set of arp rod bolts would be strongly advisable
  25. Yeah ok its :hahahagoodonenooob
