Couple of my mates have/had them, rear end is very lively with no traction control on and fuels sub 20mph need to keep on top of oil as well! One of them packed up driving down the dually, but he only brought it to rag about in so was probably down to negligence.

I know him ;) hes an american works for the USAF and got stationed a few miles down the road from me after leaving japan. Think he's back over there atm though

I like the bit with the 2 guys who have to walk 26miles in the end they steal cars run out of fuel steal fuel from a fuel depot somehow manage to light diesel with a spark and blow a fuel depot up. Took them days to do all this when you could walk 26miles in a single day :/

a full Recaro interior is £450-600 depending on condition. id say £100ish for a rear bench in reasonable condition.

i am, got rear fog light switch earlier so have got that to wire in now, just a lil more OEM than the aftermarket one . and also got a quote on some bodywork which i'd like done. still need to get the fueling checked but im just enjoying cruising about atm

You will always get horror stories, but you have them from all tuners/engine builders too. If you do it your self and your not sure on something you stop and do some extra research, i always say to myself if im going to do something im not going to set a deadline as thats when things go wrong rushing get them finished. Im a perfect example, my first 4efe i changed the head gasket after replacing my valve stem seals, but didnt torque it down properly as i didnt ask enough questions and i wanted it done. it blew through as you'd expect. second time around it was fine as i knew what i was doing, still cost me less than having it done at a garage once and i learnt my lesson

Thats exactly it, Id say your battery then. try it with jump leads get it running and if youve got one put a multi meter across the battery it should read about 14v's when running as thats what the alternator charges it at iirc. If its less than that it may be your alternator thats not been charging the battery
