  1. YEeessss buh, its only a slag bonnet so paintbrush will be fine, i expect it will be covered in giant cocks half the time tbf P.s cheers they were a xmas present
  2. There is a slight difference Ct9a vs ct9b (98 spec) Whether it would be noticeable is hard to call
  3. Thanks man But no cage im afraid its staying sleeper. It handles well enough without anyway Small update, Finally got around to giving the bonnet a coating of paint or 2 on the underside Also have received the first of the bits I've been waiting for, any guesses what it is? It is fairly obvious lol Will be getting on with fitting everything when it all arrives and i can get on with it all in one go!
  4. Haha congrats you nutter!
  5. Standard Ifail issue i believe. Most people with andriod seems to be ok!
  6. Unless its still got the jdm 112mph limiter and they do the power run in a gear that will hit this limiter. But generally it wont have an effect on it, dyno runs can be done at any point and are recommended so you can check to see that the fueling is correct

  9. Edit wrong post lol
  10. The glanza S inlet manifold is the same as the corolla tubular one, you want a FTE manifold.
  11. Someone i know has some huge 6-8pot brakes like 290+mm on their civic they have a set of rays CE28 8 spoke wheels. Obviously the offset needs to be correct, we tried my wheels but the high off set meant the calipers hit the spokes on my wheels
  12. Absolute bargain! and if people are worried about ride, BC's come with 6/4 spring rates iirc and these are fine on crappy norfolk roads set mid way on the damping so 5/4 will give you that extra lil cushion on really bad roads i imagine! Get your names down, i know i would if i didn't already own coilys
  13. Yep one and the same dude
  14. Im going to be looking at this when i get some new headlights i think i can see further using a couple of candles lol
  15. Looking af both graphs i would say the rolla mani personally, the torque seems to stay up for a bit longer and the power is more consistant, the fte mani seemsto have flat spot then the jump in power at the end (hence the reason for the vtec feeling) but that could be down to incorrect fueling Both would be better than what you have though
  16. Dont want to scare monger or anything but i thought i would google the colour, to see what it was like, and this popped up on the first set of results before clicking images http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=136&t=884898&.. Seems to be a nightmare to keep properly clean/scratch/swirl free. But yes when cleaned and polished up its a very nice colour
  17. Haha my phone froze up last night, yea im pretty sure i read u need the shifter itself not sure about cables but might be best to have them just incase!
  18. Ahh i missed that somehow dude, bit unfortunate but atleast its still usable. If theres a center arm rest in it i need the lid as i broke the hinge in my one If you do get the box i think you need the shifter mechanism also! Id consider getting the steering wheel from the g6r aswell i think they have 3 spoke leather like 98 spec v ones! They also have alloy bonnets ;) haha

  22. Get a tape measure out, but if yours is a bugeye corolla then no way the cars are completely different sizes and widths. I would save up and get one fitted £110-20 and its guaranteed as well. Only reason i would consider what you are thinking is if i had bare shell there but why not use the money for buying the corolla for the window?
  23. nice clean base to build from, good luck with her
  24. i see the sense of humor is the same down under
