  1. If you could combine a day with the OP im sure something could be arranged with us.
  2. You'll just have to get some wider fenders..
  3. We can assist with Link, Syvecs, Life, Pectel, AEM etc. It depends what you decide on :) Feel free to drop me a PM if you would like to discuss options/budgets. Whilst we are not in dorset a lot of people travel to us, or if you can hire a rolling road near yourself, we can come to you :)
  4. That’s a long time to be waiting! Hopefully it’s done soon
  5. It’ll be fine on the TD04 underfuel cut, naturally when you fit the Blitz ecu log your afr’s and listen for Knock as it won’t be set for your TD04 setup.
  6. No fuel cut is around 0.85 bar. 14 psi is 0.96 bar so way over fuel cut mate.
  7. What have you got your gain and duty set on your boost controller? Set it all at 0 / 0 so its not adjusting anything and see what boost you hit. Sounds like youve got the duty turned up, hence hitting a higher boost level than your spring pressure. FYI 13.5 psi is still above fuel cut on most cars however, so you wont be able to run below FC with that spring. I would stick with the 10psi spring, then use your boost controller to raise your boost up. You can get to about 0.85 bar / 12psi before hitting fuel cut so you've not got a massive window.
  8. Yes plan is to do some Time Attack, that’s why we are building the car the way we are.. we need to do quite a lot to make sure we are competitive! Aero will be coming but later down the line. Good stuff, look forward to seeing it all come together
  9. Yup lots of weight coming out, but its mainly to do work with the suspension, so removing the wheel well gives us a lot of clearance. The other part left in the pic will be removed as well when things progress and the cage all ties in Fabricator is just waiting on some more T45 to turn up then we should see more progress. Sounds like a very nice engine build. Do you build it yourself? Any plans for different turbo/ecu in the future?
  10. Looks like a nice build with the billet mains and stud conversions. Whats the rest of the spec?
  11. Im currently missing quite a lot of bodywork...
  12. 195cc from memory, corrola 4efe were around 225cc and Glanza 295cc. Its all fun and games - im sure you'll get there, let us know how you get on with the battery voltage.
  13. Yup correct as it’s reading correct I.e 98 kpa at atmosphere, just an observation
  14. Scaling on the fuel table looks a little strange as it maxes at 130kpa i.e 0,3 bar gauge...But yes sort the battery voltage first and report back
  15. Whats your cranking multipliers and preliminary injection set at, as well as your main table when it exits crank speed? Whilst too much fuel won’t help they are happier starting on too much than too little. 40ms on big injectors will be too much however if that’s the main table, but as a preliminary injection in cold weather with stock injectors it’s not unbelievable. I’d put your main fuel table at around 3ms if on stock injector, my cranking multiplier on average varies depending on cycle count but try it around 2-3. Preliminary injection a 0 degrees temp is 20ms, at 10 degr
  16. On a Link you can do it this way as you then set the sensor location as cam, which then halves it to get crank teeth. On DTA it doesn’t look like you can do this so setting it at 12 is correct. You set how many teeth it hypothetically sees for 1 rotation on the crank which is 12. I have to do the same if running the dizzy still.
  17. What injectors are you running? The 40ms, is that from your main fuel table or a preliminary or cranking multiplier taking you up to that? Also you’re battery voltage is very low during cranking? 7-8v? My Pectel will go into a failed state at 7v and will need to be power cycled so check that too. What distrubutor pin/signal have you used for crank? What distributor signal have you used for your sync/cam?
  18. Not required unless you’re going above stock rev limit. Which you won’t need to do on a TD04 anyway.
  19. No, the width/offset doesn’t effect the length of wheel stud required.
