A little update, parts have been arriving A big Thanks to Liam D and Midland Turbo for putting my hybrid together for me, great service, good price, and a good chat with Liam too, always good to chat with a fellow starlet owner. So i got the blitz decat cleaned up and painted with some high temp paint and i started fitting the stock heat shields. The threads were a bit messy so i had to run a tap through them. its a blitz decat or is it?? Those sneaky japs lol. Ive made a start porting a stock mani out too. this one is cracked inside but doesnt look like its came all the way through like the one on the car, so im not going to spend too much time on it. I will eithertry and find one crack free (if they exist) or look out for a JAM one. I got the downpipe fitted with a new gasket in the bottom of it, but looks like i may need to get some red bull cans on the centre section as the blow is getting worse. I missed out on a silent power system i spotted on facebook too which im gutted about! Just waiting for the braided oil and return i ordered from racetech, hopefully its not far away and i can get the hybrid fitted.

I remember when i got that plate issued onto it i thought it was strange but quite cool. it sounds like it went down hill. it had a WEPR exhaust sytem on it when i sold it but it had been welded on the hangers a few times. It was a great car i had alot of fun in it.

i wouldn't say its needed but always good to replace these old stock pumps.

im gutted i just missed that other one my stock one is on its last legs.

Got the blitz downpipe now. still need the other bits.

Mines landed back today but I've not had a look at it yet. Its worth sending him or to get it checked out.

Yeah its a second hand clutch at the end of the day I would say 75-85 quid.

It does look nice how its ported out. I don't think I noticed anyone run one of these before.

It certainly was a good one to start with Then luke! There wasn't many about back then with td04s never mind a td05. Great fun! but it was quite laggy.

What sort of condition is your tongs in? He said the tongs are well put together turbos and good bits of kit. I sent him one in bits but luckily it was in very good condition. It's hopefully on its way back to me today.

He's just rebuilt a tongs hybrid for me. It should land back tomorrow can't wait to get it back.

I've got a 1/2 inch ingersol rand impact gun 20v 7150 I think the model number is. It's a great bit of kit I love it.

I don't think these are much use on uk roads. I had trd Coilovers years ago and they were far too stiff. The play in the top mounts could maybe be sorted by replacing the pillow balls.

Get Liam d to make you one up. You will get a warranty then and it will be bang on.

I had wondered about the auto tps when running an emu. I have an auto gt and I spare emu I bought a while back so I was thinking about fitting it if I do a few more mods to the car.

I'm looking forward to this. See how the auto does on the dyno lol.

My old GT going back a while now. Big evo td05h on this one and 6 speed box. not too sure what happened to this in the end.

as i understood it the injector adapter was only needed on the older version emanages?? the version E i thought didnt need it.

Ive been gathering a few bits and bobs. An Arc bov, i was hoping to find one of these with the adapter to fit the stock efi pipe but still looking for one. my boot seems to be leaking on the passenger side so hopefully this will fix it. new air freshener installed! And you can see my gt4 lurking in the garage ive been running a bit of these through the car, a couple of tanks with red ex in and now im adding the millers My mate gave me a few bottles of the millers as he uses it in his turbo s2000, hes dynoed it and seems pretty sure of it. I noticed increased mpg in my b18 eg civic. Lets see if I notice anything in the starlet. So i got my jack out again and thought i would check out my blowing exhaust. first find was this botch it looks like a type of mesh held on with some wire wrapped round??? fook sake some people should not be aloud to work on cars. next i found this another botch to cover a rusty patch. I think there was another of these also near the backbox. So its safe to say theres not much point getting the welder out and i need a whole new system. Also these landed today. Whiteline panhard rod, anti lift kit and magnetic sump plug. Also sent a tongs hybrid off to be reassembled, a blitz decat is on the way and ive made a good start on porting out a stock mani. and this was the state of the steering boot i replaced a few weeks ago.
