There's this one which works out a little cheaper I think http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-CIVIC-CRX-DEL-SOL-VTi-ALLOY-RAD-RADIATOR-12-FAN/310213396875?_trksid=p2046448.m2426&_trkparms=aid%3D111000%26algo%3DREC.CURRENT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D16376%26meid%3D280281432013265662%26pid%3D100101%26prg%3D7793%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D3%26sd%3D310213396875%26
You will need some pressure on the actuator to hold the wastegate shut. The MBC allows the actuator to work under less pressure and thus make them more efficient to hold full boost. I wouldn't bin it as you can remember from the dyno it made a considerable difference holding full boost more stable.
Turbo to bottom and actuator at the side port. Wind the mbc right in to determine actuator pressure. Adjust and set it to around 7psi. Then wind out the mbc gradually to increase the boost. Should work.
Nah mate, that kit in the photo is long gone but still have random bits of piping, joiners and clamps left. I should have some hose clamps also. I'll look out what I have tonight and send you a photo.
I have some cheapo blue 2.5" straights and 90s.
The type you get on ebay with the universal piping kits.
You're welcome to have a look and see if they're any use.
