  1. Nah mate. Always been 45 on the forum! I would be robbing you guys if I sold them for 80.
  2. BUMP: Fresh pictures added taken on 17-08-12 Price dropped to £2275
  3. There's only one way the bracket bolts to the block. Moving the bracket might upset the exhaust position. If it's only the oil feed that is not OE then I would start my search there. Perhaps the oil return pipe is sitting at an angle? You could use some spiral wrap as a means of protection until you find a better fix.
  4. It is visible. I could prob sort it myself but will prob get it priced. My insurance company use my current work place as their bodyshop so that's handy! She sounded like she would be happy to settle outwith insurance but I'd like a quote first.
  5. Stopped at traffic lights earlier today and a young woman rear ended my Honda S-MX. Impact speed was probably only 5mph roughly. No visible damage to her 53 plate yaris but the tailgate on my Honda is creased along the bottom edge. Just wondering what I should do. I was going to phone insurance in the morning to let them know whether I decide to claim or not. If it required a new tailgate, that would probably write it off. Would prob be an obscene price from Honda! I do want it sorted as the car is near mint in terms of body work. Nice enough woman, very apologetic and making sure my kid
  6. I can vouch for this car. During Martin's ownership, it has been extremely well treated with a lot of money spent solving any mechanical issues. Martin has mechanical sympothy in abundance, texting me with concerns and questions to put his mind at ease. I would be making an offer on the car if I could afford it. All Martin's time has been spent on mechanical issues so you are guaranteed a very healthy engine! A bit of money spent on body work touch ups and a good machine polish and it would be a minter.
  7. Inter parcel is quite cheap. Gives you quotes from various couriers.
  8. I'm pretty sure all new head units come with an ISO adapter. Worth checking to see if your car loom still has the ISO plugs as some times they get cut off when people bodge the installation.
  9. If you can find a copy, you could get some practice out of hours and perhaps model one of your works existing jobs and prove there is a faster turn around with more features and potential for improving/simplifying the design. Your employer must have payed out around 4.5K for the software so it would make sense for someone to be using the license. What sort of tools do you produce and are you using CNC machines?
  10. I've been using SolidWorks for about 10 years. Can't really compare it to anything else but it's one of the high end market leaders in a number of industries. I'm happy to give you some tips if you manage to aquire a copy!! Plenty of online resource and tutorials available to get you started.
  11. None in stock at the moment mate. I might consider another batch if there is enough interest.
  12. You will need a 4EFTE ECU definately (if its a turbo conversion that is).
  13. It's the Yamaha Beams engine but normally aspirated. 210bhp rear wheel drive. REVs to 7.8K
  14. I don't do mapping lol. You must have got me mixed up with someone else. Would you reconsider the DC2 and take an Altezza RS200?
  15. I'm not sure if a standard civic rad would have enough cooling capacity. Everyone tends to go for the dual/tripple core alloy rads. It may be OK as it can cool a 1.6l na honda engine though? If you can't find a dual core alloy civic rad for an auto, you could opt for a manual version and then fit a seperate transmission oil cooler such as: - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MOCAL-10ROW-GEARBOX-AUTO-TRANSMISSION-AXLE-OIL-COOLER-/400303944980?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5d33f97514
  16. My mate should be finished with my hoist at the weekend so if you're still in need by then gimme a shout
  17. I've just lent mine to a friend but ill check when he will be finished. You can borrow it no probs. I will get back to you.
  18. Cheers mate. Good luck getting the Glanza sorted and back on the road!

  20. And try not to eat it as it smells Damn good.
  21. toffee/caramel wheel such as:- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Glue-Stripe-Removal-Toffee-Caramel-Wheel-Drill-Bit-/220785335109
  22. You would gain about 10mm clearance.
  23. If you want to make use of it, I could scallop the tube at the point of contact and plate over it. It would reduce the cross section but would still be stiffer than an aluminium alternative! If you cover postage, I'll do it free of charge.
  24. The 10mm quoted was the additional clearnace offered compared to the cusco version. Still very much exhaust system restricted particularly the position of the flexi which tends to be a bigger diameter than the pipe work.
