  1. Unfortunately, I've resorted to breaking my recent purchase due to moving house in 4 weeks. The driveway is only half the size Toyota starlet gt turbo EP82 rolling shell. Approx 90k miles V5 present Still mot'd! The shell is completely straight and rust free. Only a couple of small areas of laquer peel and very minor scuffs and dents. Too good to strip and scrap! Whats included is negotiable but as it stands it would come with the following Cobra bucket seats Isotta meg steering wheel Full suspension with gab adjustable shocks on the rear All brakes Full custom stainless exhau
  2. I bought one of those hand tools but an M6 to M10 version - Could only pull M6 effectively. The one on your link says not suitable for steel rivet so I assume it is only for aluminium rivets. If they are not pulled properly they have a habit of spinning if you ever need to unbolt something later. As chrisgreen1993 says, I wouldn't use them to secure your strut brace. Best just nut and bolting through a structural chassis member. Or there are other blind fasteners available that might suit your strut brace such as http://www.orbitalfasteners.co.uk/en/categories/blind-bolts - a
  3. Cheers. Ive tracked down an engine so it will be up and running again soon. Not been able to touch it yet with the crap weather.
  4. The middle one isn't structural by any means. It is only there to support the bumper. 9x M6 bolts to remove from memory. Note, there should be a central bracket not shown in the photo below Throw up a photo if you are concerned about the other damage.
  5. If it's the EP82 bumper support bar you need, try Toyota, I only paid £30 for one a few years ago.
  6. I Have rad brackets in stock mate. PM on route You will find slim line fans on ebay. Something like http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal-12-305-mm-Radiator-Electric-Cooling-Fan-Slimline-Front-or-Rear-Mount-/181075735917?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2a28f4756d
  7. Oi, That's a picture of my sample cover. Lets see an image of the one you bought. I'm curious to see how it compares?
  8. Shall do. The fitting kit and other JD tuning bits should be making an appearance. I get the feeling I'll want to keep it when it's up and running on all 4 cylinders.
  9. You're not the first person to ask about the wheels! I agree, the front bumper is a bit meshtastic.
  10. Wasn't actively looking but came across this example locally and couldn't resist. Still taxed and MOT'd but has an engine fault. No compression on cylinder 3 but no knocking. Possibly a damaged piston wall so will most likely replace the engine. Aside from small patches of lacquer fading, the body work is mint. It's probably the best shell I've had, a credit to the previous owners. Moving house soon so will need to get it sorted pronto. Here's a few pics and the spec that I know of. TD04 mapped at 1.1bar on dastek External wastegate Mild steel manifold with screamer pipe
  11. Possibly looking for a standard 4efte engine. Needs to be complete and running in good condition. Lower mileage the better. Can anyone help?
  12. I have a set of stud extracters. Im in town tomorrow so I could drop them off with you along with some m6 bolts to use i place of studs.
  13. I'll have a look in the garage Charlie!
  14. StuDoc 72, if you change your mind about heading into town, you could stop by mine and test fit a clear timing belt cover for me??? I need someone to put some miles on it to make sure it copes with the heat etc. PM me if this is something you could help with!
  15. I can loan you mine for a few beers. For as long as you need. Im in glasgow though.
  16. I do have lower brackets in stock which I could offer and then follow up with the top bracket when they are back in stock?

  18. On my old gt, I removed the support bracket and welded a small plate in place. Looks a lot neater http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u182/jezyoung/SDC15214.jpg http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u182/jezyoung/IMG_0402.jpg
  19. Just finished season 5 myself. Highly addictive......... The series that is! Can't wait until it returns. Looking forward to The Walking Dead starting again soon.
  20. Very nice example. I'll be looking for a GT-Advance or GT-:Limited model when the time comes! This ones a mixture of both with quad head lights. Very nice indeed
  21. Yep, standard thread pitch "M"8 x 1.25 12mm socket/spanner
  22. With a normal rad, the system holds 4.5litre. So I'd guess a tad less.
