well shes running oil leak is fixed and she has a new power enterpris timing belt and new p/s and alternator belts as the old ones where covered in oil need to order 3 more mikalor clamps for the fmic pipes and fit the bigger brakes. walbro pump is in now too. sooo little left to do tbh then shes off for mot then to turbo grants garage so the orc clutch kit can be fitted, then have the suspension all realighned from the antilift and other handaling bits we did then map it to 1.4bar on the vf24 ;) anyway enough talk have some pics few tidy up bits to do in the bay, cooling panel needs bolting in too, but main work is done.

well time is nearing for a good update, engine will be running tomorrow, just waiting on the last few bits for the brakes (spacers etc) big BIG thanks to turbo grant who is a legend for sorting out all the engineering for the brakes and who will be doing the clutch in the coming week (im not a lover of trying to line up clutches out side the house lol) then the following week is mapping watch this space

you will want 10mm socket + ring spanner for the cam caps 12mm (i think may be 14mm) for the cam pully no:9 star drive for the head bolts, tm-developments.com sell em for £9 i think and dave ships parts quick as fook! and thats it head will be off personaly i use a big bit of card board and mark out where every thing has come from and what way it faced as when rebuilding, a cap in the wrong place or a shim in the wrong bucket and your fucked lol. drop me a pm when you have it all apart and ill pm you some realy good links and guides to help you through your build bud. isnt too hard tbh.

If you take it off the road you loose out on the fun of your glanza and they win because its off the road, no one else is that effected as they will make mony with or without you business as far as insurance and traders go.
