Aaron, please dont swap your Glanza for that. The Civic Jordans are nothing special, your basically paying for the pleather interior and yellow paint!! And that one is no where near worth 4k!! And there slow..... As said above, i would want to see who ported and polished the head, as the Honda B-series already come out the box pretty damn good, weather it be the B16a or b. You know i like my Hondas as much as the Toyota, but there would only be certain models that would tempt me away, and it isnt any EK9 or DC2......

Never had an isue with the nipples on my Willwoods? Odd. As all that said above, sounds like a leak or the master cylinder is goosed.

Remember not to undo the gold adapter in the willwoods, only the nipple. Also its only the two top nipples you do. Did you make sure you pushed enough fluid through before bleeding?

Ive only ever used WEPR goods scince 2005. I run the ramhorn just now, and ive no issues at all, M/S may not look pretty but who really cares!

Headgasket thickness does not matter with head bolts. Its the tensile strength of the bolt that decides the torque

Injectors tap/tick all the time as does the idle control valve. Think you should whip the head off and see if the H/G is goosed.

White smoke is water related, had you lost coolant by the time you got home? How was the car running?

Were the shims put in where thery came out of? Did whoever do the headgasket check them? Where is the noise coming from?

What the lads say above is correct, but now your engine has been used, the bore sizes will not be the same size as it left the factory. You will need to measure your bores, and make sure there not oval. Then if there ok order the pistons to suit. If your bores are oval, they will need machining. (Bored and honed)

The evidence Jay gave is 100% clear, but seems like you wont do nothing about it? Seems like your trying the old Bradford trick....
