  1. What size is the brake line??? I think you will need a M6 x 1mm....... Not M16, that 16mm diameter????
  2. Renault Clio 1.5dci or a Skoda Fabia Vrs. (1.9tdi) Both can be had cheap and are cheap to run.
  3. 11-10 mark...? You want to throw fuel out the tail pipe? On a standard motor id run 11afr as maximum fueling, with the ignition setup acordingly. The graph above is saying you are running leaner at 1 bar (peaking at 12 afr by the looks of it?) Yet 0.8 bar is saying its running into the 10's? If you only have a RRFPR in there id look at some kind of managment to trim the rest of the map where the extra fuel is not needed.
  4. What do you have controlling the fuel? Cant understand why its running leaner at 1bar than at 0.8!
  5. Thats on the inlet manifold... That should be the air intake temp sensor. Why is it not plugged into the loom?

  9. Wont just kill your turbo but it also means getting dust into your engine? Is it really worth it for "mega spool up noise"?? Run a filter, and protect your turbo/engine from dust/debris and still have performance.... Even if you dont think there is dust/debris close by, just get close to any road and you will soon realise how much shite there is lying about.

  11. Remember the throttle isnt a switch..... theres the linear bit in the middle that helps prevent wheel spin.. BUT an LSD will help, as will suspension setup.
  12. Wheres the oil coming from? Aye area of the leak? Cant really think of the headgasket leaking oil unless its totally shagged or its on wrong. Did you replace all the seals, cam seal, dizzy O-ring and cam cover gasket?

    Have you not got an LSD to throw in? All it needs is a diff and its all there.
  14. Go and speak to Russel at Performance HQ in Dalgety bay. (Old Dastek place) Very well priced and very genuine guy. I know alot of cars that come off there dyno and go silly well.

    Im sure i have a spare in the shed, has no diff though and its sitting in 2 parts. Honestly cant remember if there was anything wrong with it. £50 takes it away and im close to Gaz.
  16. Forget the "race inlet" Standard inlet flows way more than enough, and keeps the drivability better to boot.
  17. Use my reclining Recaro for daily stuff and fixed bucket for racing and trackdays.
  18. Whats the deal with the mahoosive length in intercooler pipe from the turbo? Could you have not rotated the compressor and made it miles shorter? Does these wee things have the same setup on the rear? (suspension wise?) If it is, all you can really get is the tracking done, and camber on the front and obviously the height set. Damper settings are all down to personal preference as to how you like the car to handle
  19. You can overspin the turbo doing this and yes the impeller will get faster and faster
  20. Throttle body isnt 50mm... My 63mm silicon joiners fit the throttle body just fine
  21. I build my own engines. Learned from just doing it. Its not a black art, far from it. Its all down to common sense. As for machining, yes have a decent machine shop/engine builder do the work.
  22. Idle. Theres no mixture screw on these as theres no carb
