  1. That looks like a toyo sport manifold and decat, sorry your not going to get 495 for this, Just as a reference the toyo sport manifold and decat are £150 new and not rated for quality.
  2. It's was Rbz I beleive, had a black ep91 with a front exit. Made the front splitter out of ply wood, ring any bells? Has his build thread been deleted?
  3. Does anyone know where the guy lives Needs a visit
  4. Remember to change crank seal, these start to leak.
  5. I would say 150 in mint condition,, some people may pay a little more that if they really want some
  6. Thats nice that socks is helping you with that engine, good to see there are decent people out there. Whack a td04@ 1 bar, get it mapped and your done
  7. I hate when this happens, shows people's true character and they deny it when they get found out!!! Hope you can salvage something from this mate, good luck
  8. Nice progress mate, Looks a bit purple in photo but im sure it will be blue I remember if you want the light to spread evenly try to get bulbs with a rounded finish. Have you changed the main interior light bulb?? They are so dim, the one on the roof lining (replace with a led one) Good luck
  9. Hope you and passengers are ok dude, Cars can be replaced, Hope you get something nice!
  10. Best just to get 4 wheel alignment done. A lot of places have hunter tracking machines or similar technology.
  11. if you have lowered your car you will need a adjustable panhard rod, because starlets have a fixed rear axle it goes out of alignment when you lower the suspension, which means the car is crabbing, then you can sort out the front alignment.
  12. Best all round I would say is 15x7, that way you can get 195/50r15 which is the best all round size tyre for starlets
  13. Wow, your not having the best of luck with your starlet, But I like your determination and it sounds like you have a good plan Good luck
  14. Been on the forum for some time now, as far as I'm aware I never had a good or bad word against me. It's up to the buyer to leave any feedback positive, negative or nothing. A ebay style listing and buying system would be good. Listing description, picture. Buy it now or offer... etc. with feedback part of the buying at the end
  15. There should be no play in the clutch fork. Also make sure that the slave cylinder is bolted in the correct position. The release bearing could have come loose when installed, they just clip on. So get a torch down the the hole where the clutch fork goes in (remove rubber protector) and see if the release bearing is on properly and why there is play. If you can't do that then you will have to remove gearbox, you might have to remove it anyway
  16. This has to be one of the most annoying things ever, too many sr starlet are being written off. I'm sure there's hardly any left Hope you get it sorted dude and get this project back on track
  17. Just make sure the holes at the bottom of the door are clear allowing the water to drain out. I hosed my door from the inside to get all the dirt out and cleared the holes plus you can see where water is not draining out. The plastic is important because as the water drips from the top of the door it splashes all over the place, so try and get something in there. You don't what the new door cards getting ruined Good luck hope it all goes well
  18. Did you put a new release bearing in? Also check that the fork that the release bearing attaches to is straight. Is there any play in the clutch fork? It should be solid. A video would be great so we can what's happening at the slave cylinder side. If not a picture before and after release
  19. I think you should put the turbo next to someone's head to get a better perspective That thing is huge
  20. You might know this already but there should be a plastic sheet with a sticky seal behind the doorcard. Water is suppose to go on that side of the door, just make sure the plastic is not ripped and sealed all the way round. Also the holes at the bottom of the door should be clear allowing the water to drain out Great progress!
  21. Ahhh man, that's real bad news. Icey roads I guess?? Chin up, I hope your ok. I think you will have to get another car.( another statlet) so you can swap bits. The cost of repairing that is just uneconomical.
