  4. cant beat a proper claying. does take ages mind. you should wax it afterwards by the way mate. claying takes off all the protective layers of wax and sealant.
  5. depends what ecu youre using. if youre using a gt ecu youll need a gt map. if youre turboing your NA and piggying off of that with the emanage. the stock NA one will be ok. youll need the 3bar one for either setup as the stock gt one is only a 2 bar sensor.

  8. you still running the stock solenoid? try the bypass trick, see if that helps. it sounds lke you have a leak somewhere or the solenoid id dead, its fairly common.
  9. if its weak, then itll still creep. itll just creep to a higher boost. do it properly and get a new actuator. if you had a decent actuator, washers would work though.

  15. they are not ce28s. they are similar, but theyre not ce28s. theyre worth about 250-300 if the tyres are good.
  16. td04 will work, if you get one with a decent impeller size they arnt too laggy. a ct9 hybrid would just be working at extremes to achieve that power. id go for a td04 or a small td05
  17. nope, youll need a bigger turbo for that tasak mate. that would be pushing most td04's
  18. use the bottow one, the quadlight one looks gay with the mk1 front. good call though, mk1 GTs are the best, better than the ugly as fuck quad front end.

  22. ive recently changed from toyo's after a LONG relationship with them. they changed the compound a while back and they are just not as good as they used to be ;[ moved over to rainsport 2's now, and they are pretty lush. that said, toyo's are such good value for money.
  23. went round Bills, to let him do what he loves best.... it's so shiney now its actually a bit silly. it was hard work, but well worth it in the end. can't thank him enough, legend.
  24. all the e series cams are the same, except for the 5e-fhe in the cynos (with the ACIS Manifold), which have slightly higher lift. afaik the only difference in the fte cam setup is the springs. they are stiffer than the NA to cope with the higher rev limit.
