Good tbh Morg. The E153 is much nicer in terms of feel/synchro/throw. etc Compared to a C52. On the chart I left the ratios and rpm limit the same as a 4e. Then added the 8k limiter its at now at the end. Ratios are a touch longer, which is what you want really for high power. 5th gear is much nicer when cruising! Much more choice in the E series box in terms of gears so! See how we do when its turned up!

Apologies to those who have been done over. It takes time to find, collect and prove wrong doing. He has been hit with a BAN as of about 2 hours ago. Thanks to those who posted feedback, PM'd staff members and helped collect info. Best of Luck to those with PAYPAL Protection and getting touch. There is a phone number above.

Charlie28's 295.3BHP@1.4Bar Forged Greddy Turbo'd Glanza
Socks replied to Charlie28's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
Awesome result that dude. Any ideas on the miss? More left in her? -
Well managed to get an hour on the car today. The interior space is looking much better now! Clean. Nearly all re-assembled. etc Returning the car to the pristine condition it was in last year! Be it Slowly. Went to grab some V-Power after the trip back from Japfest also. Managed to get a lil video of the car just before the rain started to settle in! It really is quite a thrill/alarming to drive, Huge Smiles. No Dump Valve and there is no lag going thru the gears at all. This is on cold 205/50/15 T1R's in the damp too haha. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OmNfaaUESss Such a huge power band compared to a 4e. From the seat time ive had, in terms of straight line speed its comparable to a 4e/garrett mix at 370ish bhp but without the lag.

Robs Precision Boosted Track Build..She's for sale......
Socks replied to RobSR's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
Sounds on song Rob! Doesn't sound too laggy either! Looking forward to seeing some figures and seeing how it behaves with some boost control! Keep up the hard work! -
Cheers Chaps! It is great to be back behind the wheel of it! I recall me saying the engine is lighter but the gearbox is heavier Either way, its just enough to tell. Glad I didn't go 3sgte! lol I'm looking forward to dialing in a setup lol @ coal in the boot. This aint no bat-mobile.

Nothing a little burnout down your road wouldn't fix Marc

Cheers Folks for the Kind Words. Sounds like a plan to me Chand! Right! I've been waiting to drive it to give a decent feedback/updates to this thread so there isn't so many unknowns and hopefully answer as many of peoples questions as possible! The base map was finished being done start of the week, so its been a pretty mad week/rush getting everything done and sorted. On the base map the car made 317.1bhp / 235.0lb-ft at 8psi. What I will say though is its NOTHING like a 4E-FTE. The delivery of the power and the power band is huge. The off boost driving is brilliant, was overtaking in 5th on back-roads without even bringing it on boost. From my experience, I'd put it on par with 4E/370bhp/25psi on my old set-up. The Lift Engagement comes in at 4500rpm and the rev limit is set slightly lower at 8000rpm at the moment. The gearbox is lovely. Syncros seem better. Going through the gears is fantastic. I will try my best to capture the sound it makes on video for you guys to have a listen as soon as I can. As for the sound. The screamer pipe, does not sound like a screamer at all. It just sounds like engine noise. Its very strange the first few times I heard it. Apparently due to it being so short makes it much raspier. The car is also immensely loud. Too loud if anything. My ears were ringing after Japfest and back when I finally put my head on a pillow. So much unknown though, we can tweak and tune these things to make it as usable on the road as possible. Turbo, cant hear it over the screamer but only running 8psi, your not going to! Exhaust tone. The idle is lush. The amount of people asking me what cams were in it was amusing. Ok ill shut up on the noise front, Ill get you all some decent videos for youtube. After a wash: Excuse the Lifted Bonnet (needed for the time being for temps) and also excuse the missing skirt caps! When I got the car back I had some problems I needed to sort. The engine is lighter but the gearbox isn't. There is a touch more weight on the front of the car and this is evident as soon as you come off the jack and look at the spring compression on the Meister's. I will be talking to Meister about stiffer front springs for it at some point. If anyone else has any ideas on a good starting point on set up's I'm all ears! To drive however, tbh Its not easy to realise there is more weigh on the front until you plant your foot the traction is unreal. I am looking forward to running semi slicks on it again now! Japfest was brilliant. Great to see so many faces, New and Old. UKSO Stand looked superb, the cars looked in much better condition then mine! Most of them had paint! lol. (my rear bumper needs painting) After the period of time ive been without mine I look forward to dialling it in! Getting the bodywork up to a level im satisfied with and going from there! Then ill get Ricky to turn it up properly and see what a 2zz can do! Few pics from JF... To Do List: Replace French PAS Pump with a New One. (Faulty 2nd hand one) Program Race-Dash In. Fabricate New TB Lever. To Smoothen & Soften the Pedal. Modify the Glovebox to allow room from ECU, all Fuses and Relays. Clean the back of the car out and get some paint and detailing work done! Custom Bonnet. etc So there we go, cars home. As always big thanks to the gang at Race-Tech Motorsport. They've done a sterling job as always!

Ive seen the aftermath of sourcing "cheap" gearsets... If quaife make a set... Then buy a quaife. Quaife are the boys, lets be honest...

Seen you pop up on FB and Insta a few times bussey. Seems like you are enjoying it Inlet will always loose you some torque, which isnt a bad thing. Should help save your gearbox. Id try get on a proper dyno tho, hub dynos give different power readings and it makes it difficult to compare powerbands and performance with others! Cage looks sweet, glad its performing as it should!

All About Flow. Especially pre-turbo... Any steps/bumps/welds. Will all effect that flow. It will do the job... but I certainly hope you didnt pay big money for it Tim! What a professionally made collector should look like inside: Piece of weld could break off and go through a turbo? Steps or poor flow design can cause alot more heat in areas? Causing Cracks? It also looks like the flanges havent been skimmed clean/flat.? As im constantly reminded tho. What do I know?

When you say upper brace... Do you mean a Rear STRUT Brace or C-Pillar Brace
