    That looks a really cool sleeper. It's a shame you cant shift the rad over slightly so you can have a shorter/less restrictive cold pipe.

    Semi is thicker. But fully offers better lubrication. Have a quick google. Semi is better for higher mileage engines as it tends to fill the gaps a little better.

    If it is that. It's worth getting your box refurbed rather than just buying another with potentially the same problem. That way you can inspect the internals and spot any other issues.

    KYB SM 5089 are the ones you want. They come with 3 studs and a screw for the fourth hole.

    KYB are readily available off eBay and are an OEM part. Asking as they're listed for EP82/91 they'll fit.

    It was for a GT id found in eBay which had a rotten tank. Was only a year or so back.

    A 5L premix from Toyota will be more than adequate. If possible, fit a genuine thermostat though.

And why is it whenever I comment on something that's not all rainbows, you're usually the first one to pipe up?
