  2. Sure I have some Sitting you after carriers with all the clips and bolts or just really the carriers themself
  3. The only cars that ever make me want to sell the starlet is a s14 or 15 but a lot of people have sold starlets and bought then then came back to a starlet which has kept me sticking to my guns

Ha! Knew it wouldn't be long! let's see how stock the car remains this time next year

    a scrap ct9

Keeping it stocking he said! Do I smell a hybrid!
  7. I'd start with checking the ebc out. Then if it's holding back higher in the Rev range possibly look at checking your spark gaps and what not. My first car I had mapped was holding back at high end turned out to be a weak spark. We swaped out leads/dizzy checked plug gaps and then it turned out my alternator was about to die so changed that and it boosted like a champ to 1.3bar on the td04 stock engine.
  8. Aye If it's flush I'd take it off to a pro. You could mask the head up properly and drill it out and heli coil it yourself in place but wouldn't advise it unless you've done it a few times before
  9. Has it snapped off totally flush? If u can't get it out at all I'd Helicoil it
  10. just generally pulls or when your giving it some beans or braking? have you polybushed anything? since i polybushed everything on the car it likes to follow white lines and small holes and what not bit of a pain but good on smooth roads.
  11. recently bought a set of rear brake calipers off him. was happy to send the money but he wanted to confirm a list of everything that was there because there was a bolt missing and he wasnt able to post for a few days. no bother at all fired him over the money and he pretty much kept me uptoday daily letting me no what was going on then once they arrived gave me another message to make sure everything had arrived safe and i was happy with everything. totaly spot on lad! cheers shaun
  12. well lets take socks for example then. hes done almost no work to his car himself race-tech has carried most of it out. by your definition hes not tuned his car? tuning a car is simple its changing the car to make it more suited to you. i buy the best i can for my car i avoid cheap parts and dont dick around with cheap parts how does that stop me having a real understanding of how things work? i look, research and then make an informed purchase based on the information. ive had 7 starlets over the years and tryed most set ups to find what works turbo wise ive had ct9s, ct9 hybrid,
  13. The material should last the distance it's designed to with stand the heat id be more inclined to think it's prob made thiner. That's normaly the case in cheaper electronics the overall working and matterials are the same but they just use thiner wires less metal and what not to keep costs down. It's the age old debate people will always pay over the odds for brand names and generally get a higher quality part. And the other half will buy cheaper parts some will have no issues with them and then claim there perfect and those that have issues will end up having to buy twice. Am all for a bar
  14. I wouldn't trust them unless someone had ran that exact one for awhile and it was bang on. even still I'd think twice. It's an abc simple design yes but a fuel rails the simplest design you can think of it doesn't even have any moving parts and look at the fitment of the cj performance ones
  15. unless your taking the car on the track for some heavy sessions you dont need one.
  16. I'll drop Sacha a pm and see it. possible to get it posted?
  17. What's the diameter of the pipe work any idea?
  18. perfect ill look forward to seeing it! livesports would suit it but i think the nightspirit spoiler just made the car! id personaly go for something similair again
  19. good to see progress still being made you still thinking japfest ? i hope your going for a silly big rice wing!
  20. Aye Russ looks like a Mc chu carbon one that's first thing I seen ha
  21. To be honest I've had my fair share of ebcs and boost gauges and never seen one being used. I was advised there for manual gauges to rid them of the needle juddering very slightly and giving an annoying noise
  22. Am not a massive fan but I'll likely get a small one when I fit a cage as most foul the sunvisors
  23. Nice solid starter motor and battey I take it and a good quality tester. if any are weak it might not Have the grunt to turn it over. Personally I'd get it mapped. You seemed very happy with it before your bhp result. Personal thought is your just looking for a problem because your power figure was under what you expected but in reality the way it's being managed is considered crude by a lot of people and a fair few predicted the lower results. It's a lot of time and money to rebuild the engine to find out its management where the problems Lie

    D2 brakes

That's fair enough to be honest it was 4+ years ago I got mine from you and everything was bang on the money the d2s are nice and bells and rotors are great but they do come with a small bag of spacing washers to dial in the caliper placement and although only a 2 min job I prefered the fitment of fitting yours. Either way I don't think anyone would be disappointed with either kit
