  1. It would be very hard to regulate, even with regular posters, there are still people would pull a fast one. Realistically the only way to prevent people from scamming is to have a UKSO holding account. Not sure on the legalities of it, taxes etc. Maybe an accountant could shed some light on that area. For example, say you want to purchase an item from another member, you send the payment to UKSO. The payment is then held until the goods are signed for (all goods sent via recorded delivery) and are as described. Once given the all clear the payment is then released to the seller. Obviously the above isn't really feasible as a lot of administration is involved and would near be a full time job for the club staff. Another thing to consider is shipping costs if arranged by the buyer. For example someone pays £50 for the courier to collect the goods and the seller doesn't show or is not in, the buyer will lose the £50. Another way to avoid the buyer losing out, the seller deposits the shipping costs in the hypothetical UKSO account. Before that happens the buyer needs to provide proof of what was paid. If it goes according to plan the seller gets the deposit back. If it goes wrong the buyer needs to provide proof that the courier call, but no one was available. The above is just a thought and will probably never happen due to the mammoth task of running such a system.
  2. If you don't ask you don't get, eh? Might be worth listing some individually mate.
  3. On tick over, sounds like valve stem oil seals, correct me if I'm wrong.
  4. Good write up and looking forward to some updates. Are some stickers are on the cards too? Logo looks well snazzy!
  5. Ah, makes sense, all in good time. By oily oil time, is this referring to the oil leak?
  6. Mint one here too, but in N.I. http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showthread.php?105849-Mk1-EP82-GT-for-sale&highlight=white+sale
  7. Right time for a proper fricking rant. 1) People who go through traffic lights and block roads. 'Where the fuck did you get your license, a cereal box?' 2) People who tailgate. 'Yo dickhead, what if I told you I can only go as fast as the car in front of me!' 3) Arseholes of change lane last minute or can't decide what lane they want. Your usual BMW, Audi and vans. 4) People who try to over take in slip lanes. 'if your going to try and over take me here, your not getting back in' 5) Same as the above, winds me right up! 6) Scooters in the outside lane! 'you have a max speed of 3mph, get the fuck out of my way' - same goes to Alto's, C1's and KIA's 7) Buses and Taxis who try to push their way into your lane. 'you may be bigger than me, but I could give flying fuck, your not getting in' People that stop on the road to let other people out of the cars. 'If I take your door off because your passenger is a knob, your head is next! Rant over, I usually don't get this angry and swear this much, but rush hour traffic really got to me today.
  8. Cheers Phil. I've promised myself I'm not going to get caught up in the optional extra hype though lol. Any word on last part to the gauges puzzle from Mr Bower?
  9. LOL, I know for no job for two months then two in the one week.
  10. Scrap the above, another new job starting on Monday, outside the city. ITB's staying on.
  11. It cost the same to fuel the car give or take £20 as the train would cost me. I'd rather be sitting in my car rather than next to a sweaty stranger. I get free parking too, so it's not so bad. I'm working on the Lisburn road, not too far from queens.
  12. I got 135 in my N/A down a bit of a hill (on a race track of course), but that was in 5th and just hit the limiter.
  13. Welcome to UKSO! Nice build matey, if your popping over to the emerald isle, there are plenty of EP's about!
  14. Freezing knobs first thing in the morning. To clarify, cruise gear knob
  15. White diamond or diamond white is a good call. Can't remember the exact name, but one is metal polish and one is nasty cider lol.
  16. Had mixed reviews on it. I prestiged 10 time in MW2, but haven't got in to a COD game since. It's the same thing over and over again, just like fifa.
  17. O dear - D turbo haha. The scrap yard offered a guy I knew £120 for an EP80.
  18. Not much of an update, but seriously considering taking the ITB's off. Just started a new job in the city centre 9-5 and rush hour traffic is a load of toss TBH. Got my rocked cover mirror polished, will add photos later. Got some optional extra goodness is the pipeline too!
  19. Coming along nicely mate. It's not good having a problematic EP as a daily, trust me I know haha. You should PM Jay about an interior, I think he might have one or two kicking about.
  20. Jegs have pacesetter ones, sparktec have obx ones, both are in the US though.
  21. Yeah, once I am back in a good job more n/a tuning can commence. Once it's finished. Drive for a few months then parked up to gather dust lol. Then on to bigger and better.
  22. Haha, this one is staying n/a, but do want a GT within the next year / year and a half. Will be going standalone, hopefully next April time so may run so coils just.
  23. Will have a look into in Noel, have you ran a modified ignition system mate?
  24. Cheers for the info again Grant. Am I right in think the later gen JDM 4e-fe's came with a DIS? In the above scenario, would it be worth picking up a an ECU and DIS from there. Is there any advantages to running a DIS? Is the build on here Vincent? Also, what engine, I assume FTE?
  25. Judging by previous slam panel group buys, No. There was an option for EP82 & EP91.
