  1. How did you make it to bang so often? Mine does it some times, but can't find how to do it.
  2. Hi mates! My engine bay is really filthy so thinking to clean up this weekend. What you suggest? Methods and products to use?
  3. I changed the master cylinder and bleed all the corners with just a bottle of ATE superblue.
  4. Our cars have knock sensors, so it can hear detonation and pull timing, thus reducing performance.
  5. It's the other way around. The glanza turbo has the extra turbine fin, for better spool, so better low end.
  6. No it want fit but why not using the full turbo box?
  7. Exactly! If i had to open my engine, i would used genuine toyota gasket and arp studs/bolts
  8. I've seen many forged 4e hitting 250+ on stock flange. I've also seen head lifting due to stock headbolts and the stock gasket was still strong.

Old skool stuff... won't be easy to find... I think some time ago someone sold on like this in GTT. Maybe check over there?

    Oil sensor

What gauge do you have? Some senders have an "on-off" contractor to be used with stock dash light.
  11. There is a disc with 2 pins that cancels the turn signals. The boss has to have the needed holes for this. Just check for 2 hole one at the opposite side of the other.
  12. Also spray some water/soap solution on them. This will make arcs look more clear.

    High idle

Maybe the cold start valve is sticking. I mean the one under the throttle body.
  15. Taggy, are you using an emanage blue? if yes, there are some fake emanage blue on the market, known to loose the map, after some time. If you reload the map it will be good for some more time. The Greddy software and all features work and it's very difficult to find out if it's real or not. Your best bet is to open it and see/compare with a known good.
  16. I don't think so because if that's the problem then it means the ecu it's setup with different trigger angle.
  17. Try playing with the distributor while cranking. Loosen the bolts and turn it towards the direction it seem better.
  18. If it's straight swap, why need to change manifold and downpipe? We are not talking about a specific CT20 turbo, but a stock one. Edit: I see we are talking for a specific turbo. But my question is: A stock CT20 turbo, will fit the normal CT9 setup? What is the power gain?
  19. Why you can't use the internal waste gate?

    Melted pistons

Can you adjust timing with emanage blue. I thought only if you used the extra ignition harness, that not so many have...
