    I had the same issue with rear disks. I did made the adaptor. 25mm inner to 27 outter diameter. What is the corsa gp you mention? Also Neil, what disks you have used?

    Anything till 200hp will not need bigger injectors. Maybe just slight increase in fuel pressure.

    The get easily to 230 HP, stock engine/turbo. Their traction control is not fully disabled, but when "off" and you do a drag launch, it acts like launch control and takes off really well.

    TRD ecu is a stock ecu, made by denso, with an adjustment panel. It is connected to the ecu through a hole near the ecu connectors.

    You can get a civic type radiator, or a ep70 diesel starlet radiator. Also worth trying a low temp thermostat, like 76 degree s or so...

    Just for the lol, the oz wheels that evo 5 was rolling from factory were indeed enkei and not oz made. And look a lot like the wheels in question here...

    There was a TRD ecu for ep71 and there was a series of knobs that adjusted boost fuel and ignition. You may have this ecu.

    Vacuum leak on a map equipped engine like starlets results to high idle, so that should be the problem.
