Most boost controllers and stuff like that say T off the fuel reg line for pressure. It's just an easy pipe to use. I like to keep it dedicated tho. But it won't hurt if to take a pressure signal from it
-
Run a tube off the small nipple facing forward on the inlet manifold to your dump valve. T off the fuel regulator on the end of the fuel rail for the boost gauge. The turbo to actuator pipe. You would want to get some form of boost controller and a new manifold as well

It's a totally different floor pan. The engine also sits further away from the bulk head. It could be done if you managed to fine the running gear. But it would be an insane amount of your. You would need to brace the car up. Mount the car on a spit. Then fabricate the transmission tunnel, along with the rear floor pan. To mount the live rear axel drag link. Raise the rear suspention strut mount towers. Move the engine mounts forwards. It is possible but importing a car is cheaper

The pipe T'ed off you actuator go to the stock boost control valve? That pipe should go to some form of boost controler.
-
You would need a full car. It's the only way

Unless its a diesel -
Also your sill on stock ht leads running 1.1 bar. I bet they have never been changed in the last 13+ years odd. Updates ones are far cheaper the the £140 odd from toyota

I think, he thinks your talking shit. I can defiantly tell the guy before you was an animal. I don't rate the baileys valves much. Heard more bad stuff than good about them. The vac lines are really easy to sort out. Just need to get all the facts about the car and what's been done. That way you can work out what needs sorting. It would help to get better pictures
-
Looks like you have some crazy vac line routes. You have a pipe T ed into your actuator vac pipe. That's probably for a manual boost controler I suspect. The vac line to you dump valve is T ed into as well. It's usually best to run a dedicated hose to that. Having to must stuff T ed into sensors lines can cause problems. Also with you rotated turbo. Check that the housing is nice and tight a d doesn't move at all.

It does look good with the S bonnet on. It's a more refined look type thing. As its pointless having an open front facing vent in the bonnet not needed. I'm a big fan of the GI bonnets. I almost didn't buy the my jam bonnet because the aero catches are in the wrong way round. But for £40 I thought Id take it, just need to get a rep jam vent blank for it.

You defo need to get the crack sorted or a new manifold. Your asking why you cars not running right and that will play a big factor in it. When you driving along booting it. The manifold will be glowing red hot, the crack will open up more. The igniter and coil packs can play up causing hesertation at high rpm also all of your ignition system can. Change the plugs and make sure every thing else is top not. If in dought change them. That are all a service item at the end of the day But are you running a boost controler?

Oiii oiii I've got an ep70! What you doing with your ep? Do you want my bonnet for an 82 front? -
Flux are crap! When I last spoke to them about engine swaps they didn't have a clue what I was trying to tell them. One call to sky and they knew exactly what I was going on about and quoted me on the spot. That's bad news having your insurance canceled. Can make it harder to get cover again

What's controlling the boost at 1.1 bar?

I had a fiesta I done an engine change on once and that wouldn't run more than 5 mins. Spent ages chasing around to find what wrong. Changed the ecu and sorted it. Never trust the flash codes, my old GT the eml would never come on. Even with shit unplugged and hitting fuel cut
