  1. Are you still running the pcv valve to the manifold? If so is fuck it off gut it and vent it to atmosphere
  2. Is the breather between cylinder 1&2 ok? If that was blocked you would get lots of smoke on over run

  7. The strength is all to do with the suspension mounts. Any thing forward can be cut out. You can cut a lot more out if you wanted to.

  11. Build it your self, save loads of cash
  12. The manifold won't fit your run of the mill TD04/5 as the flanges are different. but it got the better exhaust housing. Will need to be sold as a complete kit really.
  13. Loads for cars don't have them. I don't see what all the fuss is about. It's only a tiddly engine.

  15. There are 2 A classes A1 and A2 I think you need to do one before there other now at a certain ages. They have changed it all up from when I done mine 6 years ago. They restrict you on cc as well as power now. It's all on the gov or dvla website. Bit confusing tho lol
  16. The offending item you need at the top
  17. You need the bar that sits behind the bumper to slot it in. It's more curved on the GT's as the n/a ones are just straight pretty much. Ill post a pic of the bit in a mo
  18. Boo, should have got a GT. But at least it's a starlet, looks nice and clean
  19. It's to do with the caster angle. Power steering is closest to the bulk head. And non power steering should sit at the front.
  20. So it has a ko4 off the tt instead of the ko3 off a golf last week lol
  21. Just need to keep your eye out for parts and snap them up. Got the suspension off the paseo fitted. Feels like a new car now. The old stuff was shocking with the cut spings and old dampers. So much smoother down the road. Got all on Sunday and drove up to micheldever tyres for tracking today. They have an awesome set up. Reminded me of some kind of spa bath lol the walls of the 2 level pit are all ceramic tiled. Then went down my mates place. Thought it would be a good idea to takes some pics by the pond in a little boat. Wasn't the best of ideas haha Decided dry land was better
