  1. Are you still running the pcv valve to the manifold? If so is fuck it off gut it and vent it to atmosphere
  2. Is the breather between cylinder 1&2 ok? If that was blocked you would get lots of smoke on over run

  4. You have a main power wire bolted to ground by the sounds of it. Is the main alt fues ok in the fues box?
  5. Started getting some base coat on the new panels yesterday. Can't wait to get the Doobie front all painted!
  6. The strength is all to do with the suspension mounts. Any thing forward can be cut out. You can cut a lot more out if you wanted to.

  8. Can't see your rusty flanges now they are a good bit of kit. Not sure if I want one on my tial housing tho?
  9. Does it not say on the v5? They usually have the previous owner bit on or has it got the car sales name on it.
  10. The manifold won't fit your run of the mill TD04/5 as the flanges are different. but it got the better exhaust housing. Will need to be sold as a complete kit really.

  13. There are 2 A classes A1 and A2 I think you need to do one before there other now at a certain ages. They have changed it all up from when I done mine 6 years ago. They restrict you on cc as well as power now. It's all on the gov or dvla website. Bit confusing tho lol

  17. It's to do with the caster angle. Power steering is closest to the bulk head. And non power steering should sit at the front.

  19. Just need to keep your eye out for parts and snap them up. Got the suspension off the paseo fitted. Feels like a new car now. The old stuff was shocking with the cut spings and old dampers. So much smoother down the road. Got all on Sunday and drove up to micheldever tyres for tracking today. They have an awesome set up.
