  1. Post up some pics of your plug/s you have left to plug in the temp sensor. See if we can work out what sensor you need. Be better to get the right one for the loom. And the so called idle valve is the one bolted to the end of the inlet manifold.
  2. That is the engine management water temp sensor. That would defo help it run better if connected. But if the engine still runs after blocking the throttle body off you have a good leak. That so called idle valve on the end of the manifold I would block that off. Just block off all the ports you don't need for a start. Leave the map and frp connected. See how it runs then
  3. A good Local motor factors should have them. Hope it's and simple HG change
  4. Yeah it's a normal direction thread. I suspect so e one has put a load of thread lock on it. Not really needed tho
  5. I always fit them with the groves pointing towards the back if you look at the top of the disc
  6. Could you not try getting another set of discs under warranty?
  7. Gallon of petrol and a red top match will sort it
  8. Or dress up as your favorte brand of alcohol
  9. We should go as porn stars, ill just go as my self lol
  10. They are usually bolted to the rail, will need a custom bracket / fixing
  11. I would take the discs off and clean the hub mating surface with emery cloth
  12. I jack up and spin the wheel and hold the spring or put my hand on the back of hub. You can feel the roughness of the bearing when they are gone. The backs should have a bit of play as they are tapered bearings. The fronts are a cartage bearing and you shouldn't have any play
  13. I would take the discs back off and rub down the hub mating surface. Can only take a bit of shit behind there to cause a vibration
  14. Did you not see the picture in the first post haha Edit lol miss read. Just need to hope it's the same resistance as a stock ecu Got to give changing the resistor a go, see if it does the trick. Just home the pcb tracks ok. And defo get the harness double checked
  15. That don't look good! I wouldn't try it again like that. I take it this didn't happen when the stock ecu was plugged in as well?
  16. You not selling up no more then? Good to see you cracking on. Be good to see it on the road
  17. Haven't done much on this in the last month or so. Just been sorting the new rad and position out. Changed the top rad hose position as it was about 25mm away from the down pipe which I didn't like. Also got most of my new body work bits in primer. Need to prime the tail gate and do lots of sanding. Possible another coat of primer depending how they look. Few pics Also welded an an-6 fitting on for the turbo water lines I think that's all I've been up to
  18. Need to get my panels painted and fitted strip of and get a pic lol
