Yeah thats the one mate The starlet came with an optional LSD, you'll need the driveshaft and rear gear box mount though to fit. You could try checking the breakers for an LSD from a levin as I believe they use the same gearbox.

Looking good mate! You'll be happy with the 5E Oh and the 5E manifold, the one thats better is the 5EFHE with its dual runners, you need a solenoid to operate this but am sure your Emerald can operate the solenoid

Your never going to put down 400bhp through the front wheels unless you run something ridiculous like a 265 tyre which just increases the mass and drag. What are you looking to achieve? Grip by 2nd gear? grip by 3rd gear? A lot of it can be dialed in through a good ecu to limit torque in each gear or at set rpm points. Personal opinion would be to run a 7 inch wide rim and a 205 tyre, I'm not sure but I doubt you may be able to run anything wider than a 195 on the front with 8j width but it could be worth trying. Another thing to consider is how long do you want the tyres to last? You could run R888's to help put power down, but using them on the road you'll probably be lucky to see 3000 miles out of a soft compound. I'd probably be looking at something like Federal 595's, R1R, AD08, A048 (If you can justify the price), Dunlop DZ03G.

3 bar would most likely be about right at that boost level. It will run rich at idle, part throttle and cruise because it should be setup for WOT load. This is why its poor tuning this way and a bit duff tbh.

Believe it is something to do with the AC. If you want to remove it completely trace the wires back to where it goes.

There's more to tuning than setting the fuel up. The fueling would be the least of my worries at that boost pressure.

I'm after the pistons sizes for both front and rear stock calipers if anyone knows them or if they have a caliper to hand to measure. Is the front caliper of a sliding type? I believe the rear calipers are? Thanks Adam

Take the motor off and put 12v to it. If it spins it works, if it doesn't, its goosed.

What tyres are you running atm? Agree with Morgey, you'll need to run lower than 28psi, thats what I would run on the road lol. Depending on the tyre and how much it heats up you could drop to around 18-19psi.

You can test it using an oscilloscope to find the dead time. I doubt Toyota would release such information tbh.

That's because your 60ft time was bad. The more power you have the worse your 60ft time is because you wheelspin, where as the less power you have the faster 60ft time you have. Get some better tyres and you could prob knock 0.5 seconds off straight away. They say roughly every 0.1 seconds you knock off your 60ft time, you gain 0.2-0.3 seconds at the end.

Never used one but I'm sure thats what I've read before that 12 is off. Any tuner with a wideband and det cans should be able to set it up for you, but make sure they have experience with fiddling with fcd's. Not too sure on your area but I would have thought there's plenty of places round your way who have the ability to map a car

Right folks, I have a bit of a dilemma, I have a girl next door who has like an 8 month old kid and she is constantly smoking weed and stinking out my place and I'm sick of it, she doesn't work, has an 09 plate car no doubt all paid for by me the tax payer. So I'd like to give her a taste of her own medicine and play a prank on her. Did think about the old cling film over the door frame trick, but I thought she would know who it would be.
