10 60 is too thick - personally I would use 10-40 for a stock motor in the summer

I have used Athena H/G on both of my forged engines - not had any issues at all. the 1st engine is still going strong after almost 5 years.

You need to check them with a stretch gauge to see if they are still within tolerance to be re-used

You need clutch fluid not oil - best to use genuine Toyota fluid

that image looks like a 5e crank pully not a 4efte one

G3 compound paste and a D.A polisher takes 2 mins. or just G3 compound paste on a rag takes the best part of 15 mins

its quiet easy but may leave a sticky residue on the window. if this happens just wipe the glass with paint thinners and it will remove the residue

remove the glass and use a heat gun
