  11. the clutch is a standard replacement exedy, shifter is stock and hard to know which mount rubbers they are really
  12. gaskets, cracked manifold or its not sitting right on the head, 100% yes, ^^^^^^ these do sound like a squeaky belt
  13. **copied from my thread on toyotaownersclubirl.com** ------------------------------------------------------------------- hey all.. got bored today so decided to change the colour on my front glanza badge.. **96 SPEC BUMPER** THINGS NEEDED -------------------- 1. small flathead screw driver 2. small philips screw driver 3. paint "your choice" 4. fags & tea first thing to do is remove the grill from bumper to get to screw that holds badge in place... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- once off get a
  14. not sure tbh mate.. ive 3 glanza's out the back here and all have different gearboxes... the last 3 GT's i done work with has the black casing's and 90% of the glanza's i worked on were alloy casings
  15. the badge will pop out.. get a small screw driver in behind it and prise it off... all you do then is remove the paint from the glanza bit with a small flat head screw driver ot what ever fits... paint the glanza bit what ever colour you want.. let dry, then spray the whole backing black... some sealant to pop the badge back into the holder then
  16. on the GT's they are steel painted black.. on glanza's they are alloy
  17. you can take it apart and colour it any colour you like one i did
  18. again, the LSD could be inside the box...... "an aftermarket one"
  19. i know where there one for sale here in ireland mate if your interested
  20. stock rear mount https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcS3skSK2Fd0pMWY2tggU09foLvBKwA9pVm4z8hMV_7_iLb0Y4uc OEM LSD rear mount http://img199.imageshack.us/img199/695/random056.jpg
  21. nice find.... so many LSD's with holes in them... hard to know exactly which one it is unless you opened the box...top assumptions are quaife, trd mechanical or kazz
  22. ok... the OEM factory lsd gearbox had the LSD on the outside of the box.. easy to see this is a stock gearbox but there could be a aftermarket LSD inside the box.. OEM LSD = outside of gearbox on drivers side "easily seen" aftermarket LSD = inside the gearbox, "cant be seen" as mentioned above, the easiest way to check to see if a gearbox has a "aftermarket LSD" is to jack up the front of the car and spin one wheel by hand.. if it "has" a aftermarket LSD, the other wheel will spin the same direction.. if the other wheel spins the opposite direction, its a stock gearbox/stock diff.
  23. the oil from exhaust is normal.. the fuel is basically oil too.. lubes the engine and fuels it.. is the controller working? as in, does the servos work when you operate the throttle and steering?
