  1. great bit of kit.. just fyi, the plug & plays dont self map.. they have toyota base maps and the aggressive one... GLWTS
  2. no markings on it conor..? looks like an exedy stage 1 organic clutch kit
  3. just like to wish the staff and all members on UKSO a very happy st patricks day from all the staff on toyotaownersclubirl.com... make sure and have a few too many, corofin12345, Toc-irl Admin
  4. the high/low solenoid is basically a valve... so i used it for the the blow off valve (dumpvalve).. when you cut the vacuum source from a blow off valve, the blow off valve wont operate, so you get turbo flutter.. using the high/low solenoid and switch in the cabin, you can alternate between the blow off valve dumping the air "high mode", and turbo flutter in "low mode" nothing to do with boost, just another way to use the high/low solenoid thats all.. this was the result when i did it
  5. can also be used as a cut off for a blow off valve.. dump or flutter

  7. go for OS glow plugs if you can.. they last longer.. they are the ngk iridium plugs of the nitro world, lol
  8. pretty much all above.. check the glow plug first if thats working... re fit, go wide open throttle and put your finger over the inlet and pull the starter gently until you know theres fuel going in.. (this draws the fuel into inlet).. close throttle but not fully and put glow starter on and fire it up (abviously with car and controller on).. dont mess with the fuel mixture screw unless you have to
  9. ive seen worst lads tbh... this car was local to me at one stage and was a good runner.. ive seen better but they drove like a bag of nails... all i can see wrong with this is the front front bumper and a few other bits... and by the way, this glanza was built many moons ago, back in the days this kit wouldnt look out of place.. easy to jump the gun.. at least it hasnt been scrapped like so many others.. its a bit of a warrior at this stage
  10. i assumed cause it was written in front of me, word your posts more carefully so as for this, "I just don't get why people would want to waste a massive amount of money on something which is killing there health" you still obviously dont get it, non smokers never do!
  11. why dont people just use the holes that are already there while fitting rep spoilers? 2 holes at the top, self tappers drill out 2 holes where the bottom oem clips are or remove clips, self tappers use some double sided tape then for peace of mind, hidden so it cant be seen better then any tacky sealant that can be seen no matter how good you apply it... plus you have the choice to remove the spoiler again when changing to another or selling it
  12. i honestly don't get why people say this when they dont know anything about it.... smoking 17 years, its not as easy as you think.. its an addiction.. if i asked you to stop modifying your car, would you...? if i asked you to stop breathing, would you...? if i asked you to give up sex, would you...? if you dont understand something.. stop jumping onto subjects you have no clue about....... im not defending smoking... ive gave them up loads of times but that didnt work so i gave up trying to quit, so now i smoke less... being a mechanic it helps me think, otherwise id have a lo
  13. looking well john boy... good few of these over here in ireland
  14. hopefully now but cant see why it wouldnt cause ive done vw passat lights, punto, ford ka, starlets etc etc with all good results...
  15. nope, not at all..... as you rub it in you'll feel the scum lifting off.. (it goes from rough to a smooth feeling).. apply as much as it takes until your happy, polish off with a clean rag then.. do half first to see the difference
  16. nope.... all this does is remove the scum... elbow grease is the key tho... the polish itself should be easy to find, its 8euro over here so a little over 5 pounds over there i presume.. handy for the fireplace too, lol...
  17. autosol metal polish is a rough paste but not rough enough to scratch the lens, it will remove all that scum...it does work, believe me..
  18. they are actually not that bad so autosol metal polish will do... yes it works, bit of elbow grease and your sorted.. i use it all the time
  19. lol http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=118353131682505&set=vb.197596630383480&type=2&theater
  20. they are pretty much all the same and can run safely at 1bar on a ct9 or ct9 hybrid.... most of the ecus were designed to run with hybrid ct9's.. all the ecu's have their subtle differences tho.. i found the blitz access to be the best of the lot ive tested
  21. its defo a hybrid... different comp wheel, cut back blades on exhaust wheel and ported wastegate.. looks like an early fensport hybrid... they always cut back the blades on the exhaust wheel
