  5. In Zeldos thread for his V it was getting mapped, the boost spiked and made around 280 i think. Standard engine. Got turned down but id love to see someone run that power daily. TD04 turbo.

    Knock sensor

    The engine will prob be knocking on the shit petrol, throwing code 52, suggesting the sensor is working as it should.

  9. I dont think the genuine sards come with gauges, only the fakes. Im having bother with a fpr aswell. Pressure is all over the place, wont hold or adjust. I had an aeromotive one on my last car and it was perfect, gonna get another.
  10. Im not an MOT tester just yet haha, nearly, done a lot of training just need to do the course Ehh as far as im aware its an advisory if its not excessively loud. It might fail if its leaking so bad that it affects the emmisions. Other than that it should be ok, ie a small blow.

  12. Seen 6 starlets up there today which was a surprise, wasnt expecting to see many White MK3 OEM Aero kit. Marks Silver GT, you shoulda had this on track man !! Silver V, Clan Japan stand, looks familiar but cant place it. There was also a black MK3 CT9 setup on track. A black V cutting about, and a red V replica. Any these one here ?

  14. Had 3 starlets over about 2 years, GT a Carat and a 85. Have had 1 week on the road in the GT haha. The 85 isnt done and the Carat got scrapped before it was even started lol. Some serious starlet dedication on here !!

  19. Ive used that guide to set up TPS on a Glanza and a GT and my 85. You can take the throttle body off the inlet without taking the inlet off the engine. Its only 4 bolts. Probably best to order a new gasket as its only like 4 quid. And ffs mark where your VAC & water pipes go or you'll end up with a sump full of coolant haha.
  20. Ive had this before aswell. The silicon hoses can be a bit tight to get on and the OEM clips are too small. Youd better heatwrap that mani or wrap something round that top hose because it'll burn through in no time. Or take it off and turn it round the other way, this gave me a bit more clearance if you dont wanna chop it down.

Moved into a rented place a couple years ago, its fuckin amazing but was a bit daunting at first because i was only a few months into an apprenticeship lol, cash was tight and had to give up cars & hobbies for a while. In a way its kinda throwing money away by renting but at the time it would have been impossible to get a mortgage. I'll be 21 soon and really wanted to own a house by then but not gonna happen for another couple years.
