  1. Mines ticking hard, you hear it all the time. But till my headgasket blew and I lost my drivers license it worked perfectly, so no problem at that. But for my head I bought a full rebuild kit, so I'll change every seal while I'm at it.
  2. Damn. I hope there will come one up over the next year.
  3. Nothing. Save some Money and build yourself some doorboards. Then put 16cm in the doors and some tweeters in the mirror triangles.
  4. Lol, those Centre Caps. Zauber. XD We want to have English or Jap Wording on our cars because we don't think german is "cool" and the Japs put German on xD
  5. This looks so damn different from normal Euro E11's
  6. I want a rear bumper like yours. There exists one similar but not quite as good as yours, as on the one existing here the middl fins are longer which makes it less nice.
  7. I know that man. If there's too much trouble you don't get to do what you want. Still have to get you the money for shipping of your old bumper. But life is not kind to me the last two years.
  8. With raising the Rev limit together with supporting mods like 4-2-1 Mani, ITB's, 200 or 100cell cat, cold air intake to the ITB's, a bit bigger exhaust diameter, bigger injectors, better fuel pump, wilder cams and so on you would get way more than 150whp.
  9. Forged Pistons, same Compression, raise the Rev-Limit to around 12000
  10. German Spec ones all have a Passenger Airbag. I'd need parts of a Belgian one to get rid of that.
  11. Well, I speak for my NA, but if the 96 has a non splitable rear bench, then why has my 97 NA a splittable one? (with headrests even, but that's an optional on my car)
  12. We forgot one simple thing: Put a G6 gearbox in there. Shorter lower gears, longer top end. So all in all faster and faster acceleration
  13. I thought this might even be useful for turbo operated engines, where the torque drops again at a certain rev (eg in the TF35 thread at near 5500rpm) and there the wilder cam could be engaged to raise torque even more, together with a higher rev limit. Also, an ACIS alone, even without the controlling needed, is hard to come by and is very expensive. The cheapest I've seen was 300€, I guess around 170£, and together with that I need like at least a Piggyback and the control unit. Even getting a CT9 to plop on my 4E would be cheaper I think, as the CT9 is just dropped on here in favour o
  14. The last few days I had something floating around in my head. Would it be possible to rebuild a head, making new cams and valves to implement something like VTEC to our beloved E-engines? I know VTEC is engaged with a little pin connecting the valves so the work after a wilder camspec in higher revs. i-VTEC (being a combination of traditional VTEC an e-VTEC) even has an additional feature to only use 12 Valves in low RPM regions so it saves fuel. So what is needed is an indirect engaging of the valves, in German called "Kipphebel" or "Schlepphebel", I really don't know the english wor
  15. ACIS intake with control unit, 50mm TB, higher comp Pistons or Head skimming or way easier, thinner head gasket, OBX 4-2-1 mani, Emanage for a more suiting map, higher Rev limit, bigger injectors. That's I think all one lad here in Germany used for getting 150PS or sth like that.
  16. I did. Now I see. The difference is so minor I couldn't see it before.
  17. I still don't know what is different on them. Can't see it in Amjads thread
  18. It's not a P9 so either a Corolla or a JDM P8.
  19. True, the Gen 1 Mani gives more top end, Gen3 gives middle and low like the ACIS. But the ACIS also gives good topend. Can give up to 20hp alone on a 5E
  20. Yeah, ACIS is the VTEC of the E-series Engines. An engine with VTEC and an ACIS would be the nuts. Tubby to that and booom mega performance. But very complicated design.
  21. Mayve you accidebtially loosened the throttle cable adjuster on the mani.
  22. If it's an ACIS with it's controls it would be the best intake for NA. For the ECU, you need the fuel rail and injectors as well as the knock sensor too to have a difference.
