ryan lang Posted August 22, 2011 Author Share Posted August 22, 2011 right fuel leak sorted, smoking not so...we are gunna chuck the old head back on for now just to get it up and ready for trax, but should have a few new tidy bits to go on too over the winter chris said he's going to try make me an engine of epic proportions for the new track season along with a mega squirt ecu!and hopefully get it entered into a few race days too so i can get chris some advertisement to help payback the most generous, selfless guy ive ever met tbf, hes like a machine lolmassive thanks to nastyrash on this build will mps get a few pics of the engine after i spent most of yesterday splitting it, but an air hose fail put a prompt stop to progress as i couldnt get the crank pulley off, but chris is gunna bring his cordless down which we used last time ryan Quote Link to post Share on other sites

ryan lang Posted August 24, 2011 Author Share Posted August 24, 2011 depressing pics just been sat in the drivers seat pretending to drive it :/ whilst trying to get the handbrake to un-stick :/ lolbit of oil in 3 out of 4 ports, so the pcv was naff, but there was obviously more of a problem because the oil continued to burn for 2 weeks after i blocked it off i left the leads in to stop shit falling in there, same reason the head is on because i havent got a replacement yetTRAX a week sunday, then JAE the following week not looking good Quote Link to post Share on other sites
